Just a major warning for anyone purchasing any items from any of there stores in Louisiana, please ask them to show you the items before you purchase. I left to allow them to find the items that was on the computer online and in the store stating that they had them at this location, to find out that none of the items was at this location but one item and that I had to come out of my pocket to get those items after I spend 1,286.00 in there store or pay there third party delivery service to deliver them my home. All this was after I used my card to purchase. No one should be inconvenience like this, now I have to spend this same amount at a better service furniture store that appreciates the service of the public to keep their business going while the one that don't care, holds my money up for a week or two! I call there corporate office just to be even more upset and realize that this company wants your money but no responsibility of keeping there customers happy because they cut out store to store deliveries and gives it to a third party for you to pay more. The killing part is you find all this out after you purchase. So make sure you see the items before you purchase. Not to mention I had to wait while he called all the other stores to refund me my money back, but he told me all the items was available at this location!!! This left me pissed and I will never give them business or allow anyone I associate with to give them business again!!!

Visited American Freight today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Shay. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, went out her way/above and beyond to consult her manager for additional information. Made our buying experience enjoyable. I can't express enough that we had a great experience purchasing a refrigerator from Shay today.

I had a great experience with the salesman Mr Cody he did an excellent job he sold me a dinette set in February of 2024 and now a bedroom set he was awesome he was right on time and gave me the best quality I’ll always shop there and look for Cody he’s the best great job Cody ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Didn't buy nothin but the homie shay did the thang with the thang and quoted me a price I could vibe with, she was very helpful and informative, Also they had really stylish salesman there too he was really cool people. The manager was ight too I guess.
