NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought roughly $12k worth of furniture from their store in Covington. A few months into owning our furniture, we had an issue with our couch. We called AFD and they scheduled a repairmen to come and review the issue. He identified that it was a manufacturer defect and a replacement needed to be made. The part was ordered, and a followup was scheduled for the repair. When the repairmen returned, the part was incorrect. In this time they agreed the part was incorrect and the it would be ordered to make the correct repair. Fast forward a few weeks and the part never came in. We contacted AFD to find out the part had been placed on indefinite backorder they let us know that they would contact us if it ever came in. We had a baby in this time, so as new parents we didn't even get time to sit on our couch much less get additional run around from the warranty department. I stopped by the store a few times, got told I needed to contact a different person each time, made phone calls and placed in call loops just fot then to now say that this is a new complaint and not inside of the warranty window. When our complaint was initially filed we were well inside of our warranty. They closed the ticket without resolving the issue and now saybits not their problem. I'm not one to complain or even leave negative reviews, but this is an absolute abuse of warranty coverage, not to mention terrible service. I've filled complaint with the BBB at this point because it seems like the only way I'll get my $6k couch repaired. Not to mention they've laid off half of their service staff in the last couple of months, just avoid this place like the plague.

Came to change my rating because dealing with this company over the last 3 years has been a nightmare. Do not buy furniture from this company especially their warranty services. Awful experience! Also, they push for people to leave a 5 start review while in store. Do yourself a favor and look at the negative reviews. Those are a better reflection.

American Factory Direct DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE... YOU WILL REGRET IT. I've experienced the WORST customer service and furniture delivery service that I've ever gotten from any furniture store. These people are so UNPROFESSIONAL and should not be in business. The store manager and the delivery manager are both full of SHIT and they refused to satisfy me with a timely re-delivery of the furniture that was damaged by their employees. They do not know how to solve problems and take care of their customers. Great managers solve problems. Mediocre manager as these at American Factory Direct hide behind their poorly written policies that were designed by them to screw over the customers and provide legal loopholes that protects them from getting sued. On Wednesday 10/21/23, I spent over $9,000 on new furniture Sectional sofa with 3 Recliners, Dining Room Table with 4 Chairs, TV Console, and King Mattress & Box Springs. My delivery came on Friday 10/20/23 as scheduled. When everything was unpacked, the following items were damaged and returned: part of the section, the TV console, and 1 dining room chair. I called both the delivery manager and the store manager to get the items on an expatiated delivery. Their answer was NO, the sooner I could get the items delivered would be on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. My wife even called the salesperson who got a pretty good commission on over $9,000 sales. They could not even give me an exact date. Just poor customer service. I told them to come and pick up all the remaining pieces of furniture and their response was "we CANNOT pick up the furniture and we do NOT give refunds. It's all about a SALE to these unprofessional people. I mentioned contacting an attorney and they threatened to hang up the phone. Even my salesperson (Espy) did not seem concern at all and did not even bother with a follow up call. My wife finally called him on Tuesday afternoon to check on the status of the re-delivery. It's ironic how the salespeople and managers in the store treat you with so much respect and value you as a customer when you're in the showroom, but when a problem arises and things go wrong through no one's fault but their own, they treat you like SHIT and they don't care about you as a customer or as a person because they already ripped you out of thousands of dollars. Before this purchase and after reading so many other reviews, I advised my wife in advance "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM these people" and American Factory Direct. They advertise a third-generation family owned and operated business. Well, this generation dropped the ball and have no idea how to run a respectful business. The owners, managers, and salespeople all need some type of customer service training and management intervention training. The only person who was professional and understanding was the customer service person who answered the phone and the delivery drivers. I should have been the first stop on Tuesday, instead I was stop #7 or #8. Oh, that's because the majority of the stops before my stop were re-delivery to other customers who had damaged furniture on their original delivery. IMAGINE that!!!! I was supposed to go back and purchase 2 more-bedroom sets and 4 bar stools, but THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I am NOT giving these CROOKS anymore of my business. And they have the audacity to respond to other people's complaints with the saying "At American Factory Direct customer service is our top priority. We value our customers". REALLY.. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Looks and in person kindness and politeness can be deceiving. If I could American Factory Direct Furniture a ZERO star rating, I would because I am so upset with the way my wife and I were treated and disrespected, I will NEVER forget this NEGATIVE experience and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

We purchased several pieces this past May. First the showroom is very beautiful. The selection is huge. Our salesperson was Sherolyn I have to say it was like shopping with an old friend. She was fun, very helpful and knew so much about the products. The ladies in the office were wonderful. Thank you so much!
