These auto service companies only care about their pockets and over charging. With everything going on in this world and everything going up I don't know why they think charging someone $395 is reasonable to look at someone car to see what's wrong or if they can fix. When I get an oil change they tell me a bunch of different crap that's wrong with my car and I don't ask them to look.

Accurate, fast, and accomodating service. Emily was able to find my part and have me in and out in no time compared to other will call warehouses. No complaints here at all.

they don't properly inspect vehicles before sale. don't trust them, wether it's a 2023 or a 2015 if it's used don't expect them to fully check the car and replace anything. They don't even know how to inspect brakes before selling a car.

Horrible experience, the sales department was ok . Went in today for paint chipping off rims was told the bumper to bumper warranty. Service advisor is rude. Finance manager calls a month after purchase stating that I needed an additional 1500 for taxes then threatens me with litigation if I didn't pay. Just a horrible nasty place .

If I could give a negative star rating I would. all star Chevy collision center is the absolute worst, my vehicle has been there for 3 months now. I have been told that "the car would be ready Friday and friday comes and ohhh we're sorry next Friday " that same speech has happen for the last month. if my car isn't ready just tell me. don't try and BS me. just gonna tick me off more than what I already am. if anybody needs repair work done to there vehicle, you would be better off looking on youtube and doing the work yourself because this place is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.

I was in an accident on December 7, 2021, someone rear-ended me. Because the accident wasn't my fault, their insurance was paying for the repairs and I had to use All Star Collison Center because they were a "preferred" collision center. Not only did it take about a month to get parts, which I understand that wasn't their control, but after they finally received the parts needed, it still took 2 more months to get my car back. Every time I called them for an update they told me a different answer. First thing is that they never called me to update me on the progress, I always had to call them to get an update. Secondly every time I did call, the story changed. First they told me it was in body and then paint and it would be ready the following week. When I called the next week, they told me that it was in assembly and waiting on glass and it was going to be early next week. After not hearing anything on Monday, I called Tuesday and was told that it was still in assembly and it would be done by the end of the week. On Friday afternoon when I called, they said that it was going to go into next week because they weren't satisfied with the paint color so it needed to be painted again. This continued on from February 8th until I finally received my car on March 8th. Their process of my car completion makes no sense, why would my car be assembled and waiting on glass to being taken apart again and now going back to paint. According to everything they told me, my car was painted 3 times and when I picked it up, the paint job was horrible. I have runs and trash that in the paint. Not to mention my liftgate isn't level. I didn't have that much damage to my car, it could have been repaired and first that is what they said they were doing, but then all the sudden they had to buy all new parts for it. Noting makes sense and they weren't giving up a lot of information about what actually happened to my car.

If I could give a negative rating then I would. I purchased a car from this dealership and decided that I didn't want the vehicle after I got home. I went to return the vehicle to the dealership and they called the police on me after I wanted my money back from the purchase. I put a down payment of $8200.00 to offset some of the financing. I called the lender that I was financed through and told them that I would be returning the vehicle and to cancel the financing. They told me that was well within my right being that they had not completed the funding of the deal. Everyone over there showed me terrible customer service. John Henderson, Robert McNabb and even the GM James Shaheen all talked to me as if I was the scum of the earth because I wanted my money back. And to this day I still have not gotten my money back. Ive even had to get a lawyer to fight this matter. A lawyer in that particular law office has said they have had to handle numerous of cases against this dealership for this matter. AND THE MAJORITY OF THEM WERE ALL WOMEN.But I promise you I will sue them for everything that I can. When all I wanted was to get my refund back and they showed lack of empathy all because I did not want to purchase my vehicle from them. Please take this as a warning!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP1

Don't spend your money here because they don't want it. Absolute crap customer service and honestly bad business practice! My husband reached out inquiring about a vehicle and was contacted by a salesperson, Brianna, he told her which vehicle he wanted and sent over his information and application. She said she would send it to financing and then she disappeared. We called and text numerous times. No response. Called the dealership multiple times. No response from Brianna or from the finance manager. Over a week has gone past and we decided to text the number on the ad of the vehicle we wanted and still no response. When my husband text again Wednesday, 9days later a different salesperson replied saying they lost his application and for him to submit it again. Now here we are 11 days later and no one replied or called back. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly you don't want to make sales. I would never give my money to a company with such bad customer service. The very least they could have done was call back. Do better for your next potential customer and remember that you run a business based off sales!
