Found ALLWOOD Furniture through a simple Google search. Contacted the company and received a call back promptly. Doug and his team of experts were easy to work with, and advised me on certain measurements and options. They walked us through the entire process. Communication was prompt and clear. The finished product is exactly what we had in mind. They were very helpful and helping us decide on the finish in this particular room as there were several different finishes in the room to choose from. Will definitely be a repeat customer. It was finished earlier than expected. And delivery was extremely professional. Highly recommend ALLWOOD Furniture to anyone looking for Quality unique products that you cannot simply find online for your particular space.

Super disappointed. Ordered 4 stools weeks ago. 1/25 get a call they came in and to bring a sample color so they could match. After hearing nothing since I brought sample, I call and they say they aren’t happy with color match and to come pick out a color. I go today after being told to come today and no one thought to bring the items for me to see. Was refunded. Super easy ordering process, people are nice but they dropped the ball on my end.

Is this place pretty pricey? Yes. Did this custom table take a while to be ready? Also yes. Do we love our table and was it worth it? Still a YES! It came out beautiful and we love it! Bonus is the staff was super friendly and helpful. We visited the store a few times before actually deciding to purchase. They were always great in explaining all the options and set expectations for how long it would take and pricing. This table will last a LONG time..probably longer than most people's first marriage. We are super happy with how it turned out and would highly recommend!

My dining room table is a great addition to our furnishings. It is strong, sturdy, practical, and beautiful. The unique finish is a conversation starter, always ending in compliments. I highly recommend All Wood for a custom piece that will become a family heirloom.

All Wood Furniture is by far the best company I have ever done business with. We had a issue with our table we bought eight years ago. They picked it up, fixed it, and returned all at no charge. That says a lot in todays retail world. They will be my first stop when I need any furniture.

Let me just say - Wow! I have seldom had interaction with a company that really practiced customer service. All Wood Furniture went above and beyond in making sure that the table and chairs that I purchased were ready for a deadline that I had to meet. I only wish I could give this locally owned business 10 stars. Many thanks to Doug and his team. BTW, my table and chairs are simply beautiful!
