All we did was have the tires rotated. They sent us to the Chevrolet dealership to get the airbag warning fixed. I am on the side of the road with a flat tire and threaded lug nut key. I weigh 200lbs and had to jump on the lugs to move them. Way over tightened.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership a month ago. My passenger tail light is already out. The truck had 24K miles on it at purchase. I called the dealership to see what could be done and spoke to Jonathon who informed my salesperson (who was there 2 months) was no longer there, he would get with his manager, and call me back. I made sure to reiterate about the call back being important because this is my company truck. I even made it an incentive to call me back by telling him I am looking for a small truck like a Ranger or Tacoma for my fleet (I really am). Saturday went by, no call. Monday goes by no call. Tuesday is going by, I call and left a VM but no return call. My decision now is to leave this review, never buy from All-Star again, and show the world that car salesman are still big liars. Even if you weren’t going to cover it. You could at least let me know so I can go fix it before I get a ticket.

It’s near impossible to get an appointment. When you do, issues are not addressed. Even with text message evidence that service was completed. When I attempted to get additional help, I was transferred to Keith and that did absolutely no good as he was not concerned nor helpful.
Edited to add, emailed 5/14 to connect with customer service per their response and they never bothered to reach back out.

This dealership used to be one of the best when it was owned by Duplessis. It was bought out and slowly it has deteriorated. Customer service used to be A+ and now it's not even able to be rated because it's so bad. They do not call you back. You have to continue bugging them to get any responses and they are in no hurry to get your car back to you. Your vehicle may stay there a week or more for something very simple. If you look at the positive reviews they do have you'll see they are all very old. As in years old. I would not recommend them at all. There are plenty of other service departments that are much better, more efficient and most definitely more pleasant. Sadly, this is the only Volvo dealership in BR. We have already decided the next Volvo will come from some where other than All Star unless they get completely new management at this location.

Keith from Volvo actually went above and beyond to NOT take care of his customer, and actually retaliate because he got exactly what he deserved-a bad review! Instead of reaching out to take care of his customer, he actually left a VOICEMAIL stating because of your review I cancelled the order on your part. Keith, along with his NASTY attitude, hence the zero star review, and his voicemail are about to be famous! STAY AWAY FROM this place and Keith!

Professional repair center. Responsive office, proven knowledge of their OEM products. Hex drive screw found loose on air filter housing, but tightened no big deal. Experience is worth the oem prices. Thanks Jonathan and the Volvo Service Team!
