All star ford in denham springs does warranty work and returns your car with interior and body damage. The service department does not apologize or try to repair the damage. I would not bring my car to this service department if you want it back without damage being done.

Got my Frontier from Allstar Nissan. The truck was there when they said detailed inspection sticker and full tank of gas everything was Great would highly recommend !

I needed a part, and fast! I got there, and was offered legitimately friendly and helpful service! Jonathan at the Will Call Window did everything ?. He made sure I got exactly what I needed, but fast! I probably won't be getting auto parts anywhere else. A little tough to reach on the phone at times, though.

Made an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced. Over 24 hours nothing, no phone call, vehicle hasn't been touched. I left countless voicemails and no one ever returned my phone call to check the status. I finally got in touch with someone after 3 hours of calling and the supervisor was extremely rude. Purchased my 21Elantra in June of the same year. One week later the paint started chipping. Called the service center for an appointment to take care of the issue. I have called every other week to elicit a response on when will the problem be addressed, until now March 2022. Went over to collision Center where my info was taken and supposedly an email sent to request repairs be approved. The service center and dealership manager (Jay) continue to say they're waiting for an email from the collision center. Someone isn't telling the truth. The vehicle is great, got it to save on fuel cost as I commute daily to New Orleans. I will never purchase any vehicle from any of the All Star dealerships nor recommend them for purchases or service. Would have given no stars if I could. Unhappy Walter.

My experience with Kia on Seigan was described as one from hell. I had to get my own rental car without assistance from the service advisor and I had to call about my own warranty because the people there were incompetent about the warranty process. It was hard to get in touch with someone because no one would answer the phone. My experience was truly a nightmare. Someone broke into my mother's car and stole her eyeglasses, and went through all her personal belongings. The personnel in the service department confirmed this situation, but they could not confirm which staff member opened the car and assessed my mom's personal items and information. I called the police and my mom filed a police report. This is bad customer service.
