I have ordered cakes for all three of my children, and they have dropped the ball every time. We celebrate my boys at the same time so we ordered two cakes at the same time. They dropped the ball they had the scheduled pick up date two weeks after the actual date. Then they tried to blame us for not scheduling the right date when we specifically told that date. It took them almost two hours to put those cakes together. Then we gave them another chance. Ordered my daughter’s cake for her second birthday. We were suppose to have the cake ready for 12 on the day of the party. They called us at 11:40 asking us how we wanted the cake decorated. Then they go on for almost 20 minutes with my wife about how they don’t have a way to decorate the cake they said they could. There is no communications or competency between the workers, there is no integrity to their work. I do not recommend them to anyone! They couldn’t meet a deadline to save the stores life!

There is a grifter who is allowed to approach customers in the parking lot to ask for money. He specifically targets women and children to approach, as he did with my wife and children. He follows people around in the store asking them to buy him things. He followed me and my family into the store after I told him to leave us alone. He approached me again on a subsequent visit and brought up the fact that we had an altercation previously. The store employees are aware of what is occurring and told me that there is nothing they could do.
This store is not safe for women, children, or families. The management refuses to address this escalating issue and by the time they do, someone will have gotten hurt or worse. I would have addressed Albertsons directly but their website is not designed for complaints dealing with public safety.

Friendly staff and all food I buy there I'm pleased with; however, take caution with the lomein noodles in the deli section. You can do better.

Customer service at check out received was amazing, but the item selection is not as great as it once was. Also, I ended up having to return the item sent to my son in to return it & instead of her taking the item back, he decided to question him on why he got the item & so forth. Continued to ask him questions about who fixed the items from the dell for him... you shouldn't question kids because if it was an adult, you wouldn't have been so rude.

Top tier management personnel are not welcoming toward members of the homeless community.Most other employees are cordial and polite,!The parking lot has several uneven sections that should be taken care of to ensure customers are safe.

I love Albertsons in general but not this one on College. The women in the Deli have very nasty attitudes. I called to place an order and she was impatient and very rude. She put me on hold thinking she muted the phone and proceeded to talk as if I was bothering her. I’ll never shop here again. People like this is a bad representation of a great business.

Great selection, but just can’t waste time here anymore. Even at peak times, they will only have one cashier and a checkout line 10-15 shoppers long. Today after the cashier spent 7 minutes on one customer (who had so few items they didn’t even have a cart), I gave up, abandoned my purchases, and went elsewhere. Half of those poor people are probably still in line at the time of this writing.

I do not have Albertsons in my state anymore but I did make it a point to get by here in Louisiana and there deli, meat and seafood departments are still the best of all the big chain grocery stores.
