Disgusting…I went to this establishment to have a thorough pedicure performed. Please pay attention to the services being provided if you do chose to spend your money here. These places need to have more stricter regulations on services rendered. The tech in question appeared absolutely oblivious on how to actually perform a thorough pedicure either that or he just did not care to perform his job adequately yet still wanting to be paid for half performed services. From the water temp, to not properly executing the pedicure to ensure feet where actually properly taken care of, then the cherry on top were the hot towels that smelled of mildew when placed. Complaints are not handled adequately while in the establishment, there appears to be an all of a sudden language barrier when informing staff of services not being properly rendered.

I went in to get a full set with dip polish and polish change on toes. I needed old dip powder soaked off my Nails. The nail tech decided to use a nail tip to remove the old nail tips and attempted to remove the nail on my pinky nail, my nail begin bleeding and she tried to push it under the rug like I'm suppose to let her keep going with the process. I politely told her I don't want my finger nails done anymore, I'll just get my polish change on my toe nails. I went to pedicure seat a man asked me how I was doing and I say not so good my nail begin bleeding while this other tech was taking nail powder off and he then asked to see my hand and when I let him see my hand closer, he begin blowing his breath on my nail so as he laughed I told him it's best he doesn't do that because it's pissing me off. Another lady begin removing polish and cutting my toe nails down and I changed my mind to getting a pedicure. I asked if I could get one and with an attitude she said "it's too late" so then I said ok while being very disappointed in the negative vibes I was experiencing. So she continued to clip my toe nails and I called my husband to come pick me up because I was upset. Then the same lady offered to set up station for pedicure and I told her no. It was so unprofessional. I hope Tina get better nail techs who know how to communicate. This is why everybody prefer Tina to service them.

The staff was ready to work when my sister and I came in. I had the mani pedi but unfortunately the nail polish started coming off first night. Trying to get my money's worth I haven't done anything harsh or done anything that wear off the polish. I was helping my dad with his tie and half of the polish from my thumb and index finger chipped off. Very disappointed with our experience. The guy who worked on my sister's nails rushed thru because he wanted to clock out in time. For $80 this is a rip off. I could've done this and the colors would've lasted past the weekend.

I love this nail salon! I've had multiple people do my nails here and they have done a great job! Very clean and really fast. Plenty of colors to choose from. Highly recommend her and this salon!
