I bought something yesterday and forgot to take it.
I went back today to get it and the elderly lady in customer service was a little rude as she stated that she was on her lunch break after she had me waiting for about 25 minutes.
Then a young lady arrived and she seemed a bit agitated and asked me what do I want in a strange way.
But none the less they let me get my items that I left.
Thanks to the one who remembered putting them back on the shelf

Horrible service took 30 minutes to get someone to the jewelry counter and 20 + min to get dressing room attendant then when she did show up she just leaned across the counter watching her watch UGG horrible employee

There were only TWO registers open, besides the self check outside. I do not use the self out, because I do not receive a check from Walmart, and no discount is given for doing what they should have someone else doing. Not even the Express check out was open, which is what I could have used. I stood in line from 20 to 30 minutes with less than 10 items in my buggy. This occurred April 6, 2024 at the Bastrop Louisiana location. A very good reason to shop elsewhere. Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave because of how customer service has gone down.

Tire and Lube Center put an oil in my vehicle that I did not want and claimed it was because of policy. Is it policy to perform work on a vehicle that a customer doesn't ask for without consent or even speaking with the customer. If I had been asked I would have declined the service completely and went elsewhere. They refused to change it and simply offered to give me a partial refund on a gift card.
