“I don't even know how to begin. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced and the owner Chaz went above and beyond to be helpful and honest with me in a tough car situation. Long story short, my clutch went out in Edmonds on my way home to MT. We got a hold of the shop 5 minutes before closing and the owner came to the hotel I parked in and spent over half an hour helping me weigh options. I then spent the next day, a Saturday, on and off phone with him trying to figure out best way to get my car repaired. It had several issues. I left Edmonds to MT Saturday night and left my car at the hotel. Easter Sunday morning he went in and did an analysis of my car after having towed it to his shop late Saturday night. He then advised I have it towed to MT to do repairs at my mechanic as the cost of the tow would be equivalent to the cost of WA repairs vs MT repairs. He even found someone for me to hire to do the towing. He did all of this with the intent of referring me back to my own mechanic from the beginning, meaning his shop would not even earn the repair fees. I don't know how I was lucky enough to find this man, but I am beyond grateful. If you live anywhere in the north Seattle area, it is worth the drive to take your car here!”

“Surprised that I was able to get right in with my vehicle. Very good price for a oil change, tire rotation and tire plug. The only issue was they put almost 50 pounds of air in each of my tires. Through my car sensor alert. Next time I will make sure they air at the correct amount. I have no other complaints”
