“It's nowhere near as busy as the main gym on base. Have almost all the free weights you could want (why are there still no 60s?). I miss the metal weights. People just throw those rubber ones everywhere. Sometimes makes it hard to find what you're looking for. Also, crossfitters normally leave a mess, especially with hand chalk. If there was any accountability for leaving the gym a mess this place would be perfect.”

“I love going to this gym:) I wish there were more variety for kids to do, than the obstacle course like gym for the kids, while parents can watch child when working out I sometimes feel limited or I have limited options when I bring my child, but hey at least she can see me work out and I get to see her play. Oooh and music, there isn't no music playing, so y'all headphones it is;)”

“Fitness lady is the best gym I’ve been to and felt like my needs and wants were being addressed and acknowledged by my trainer and the owner! They were very supportive and showed me they actually cared while also explaining everything i was doing and how everything worked with the machines to even how it was working my body. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a warm family home, this is the way to go!! LOVE LOVE LOVE FITNESS LADY”

“My wife and I did a Drop-in when we were visiting Shreveport / Bossier City area. The workouts were very well programmed! The community was very friendly and accommodating. Justin and Patrick coached our classes, were very helpful and did a great job directing the classes. Highly recommend as a drop-in, or trying out as your home gym if you live in the SBC area!”

“The best gym environment I’ve been in! Everyone is very supportive and kind. The coaches are extremely attentive and helpful. I came in as a total beginner and every coach has explained all of the lifts and movements with thoroughness. They place emphasis on making sure form is correct, and do a great job of explaining how the muscles work during different exercises. Anyone looking for a new gym should definitely try CF Sage out! Whether complete beginner or experienced CFitter!!”

“Did the adult workout. Came on a full body day, and it was great. People are nice, and the workout was very challenging. Did a warm up, then a circuit of strength-endurance exercises. Battle rope, tire flips, dumbells, bike, rope and run. Then 15 minutes of weights. Will be back.”

“Great 24 hour gym, depending on the time of day you can have the place to yourself for the most part. Gym goers are fairly kinda and aren't rude. A perfect place to start or continue one's workout journey”

“I can’t recommend Bloom enough! The instructors are all friendly, encouraging, and quick to modify poses so everyone can try them at their own pace. The studio itself is bright and clean, and the classes are never overcrowded. There’s something for everyone, and classes are offered at different times throughout the day. They also hold fun workshops each month. I’d never taken a yoga class in my life, but I soon felt right at home!”

“Joined OrangeTheory in 2021, and it has been a wonderful experience! The coaches are fun and encouraging. It’s a great way to unwind after work. They provide the workout, great music… and you can just focus on being a better you! I’ve also made some great fellow workout friends. Almost 3 years later… and I’m still enjoying it every day!”

“Gym is great been going for a while now my only complaint is the hours doesn’t give people that much time to get there and do what they need to do especially getting off of school and work I would like to get there late or early, also kinda takes away the point of a 24hour gym”

“Paul is a pretty energetic manager and a nice guy. I saw him at the Log Jammer so he definitely practices what he preaches. The gym is a little small compared to other AFs, but it's a trade off for the location next to places like Superior, Athena's, and Another Broken Egg. (Be careful you don't undermine your fitness goals by going over there too often).”

“We just had a birthday party organized at Pro 27, and it was fabulous. The ages ranged from three through ten and every single child felt valued and everyone had a good time. It was great value for money. As a grand parent, I could not be more pleased. If your child wants an active, playfilled party, you cannot do better.”

“Why staying in Shreveport on business I came across this great little gym. Very clean and wasn't packed full of people in the later evening. Not to mention the staff and I'm assuming the owner were very friendly. If I'm ever back in town I'll be sure to stop here again.”

“One of the smaller PF gyms in Shreveport-Bossier but it offers a unique experience (you don’t feel like a number and it’s always clean), the staff get to know regulars professionally without being too invasive. Use the crowd monitor on the PF app if you don’t like to be around a lot of people throughout the day. You’re free to workout and get a little extra help. It’s also impossible choose a favorite staff member because there are no jerks here. They all want to help you, even though they’re busy operating the gym behind the scenes. Thank you, Jonathan and Tyrone!!! I’ll update soon with progress pictures, but they’ve got so much useful and WORKING equipment for any fitness goals.”

“I first joined in 2010. My contract locked me in at that price for the life of my membership (under $30 a month). Anytime Fitness has always been small and felt like a neighborhood. Never judgemental. Current rates are higher (and in violation of my original agreement, my dues are increasing to $44 per month). Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars. Some equipment has required replacement for years, but is still safe to use. The rope handles do need to be replaced immediately though.”

“We just returned from Boston, Mass and were looking to join a new gym (we belonged to another chain up North). I wanted to have something convenient as heading over to Barksdale isn't always that easy (husband is military). We found out a longtime family customer of my dad's had purchased this Anytime Fitness, and I sent my husband over to check it out. I am SO happy he did! This gym is awesome, and Matt, the owner, really takes care of his business. It is always super clean, he is friendly and knows everyone by name and the equipment is perfect for those wanting to build mass and those who just want to stay in shape. I really enjoy the Wellbeats classes; they are perfect for women. There is a class for everyone (beginners and advanced), and you can get in some quick cardio or toning even if you have a busy day. I definitely would recommend this gym to anyone! I also appreciate that at this gym there is no nonsense and people just showing up to "meet" people instead of working out. It's perfect for families and couples! Definitely join here!!!”

“My daughter started tumbling in April. She had previous experience with ballet and tumbling elsewhere. She learned so quickly she was able to try out for cheer and made the novice team for her age group. The coaches are beyond patient with the kids. Awesome place to send your child for cheer and tumbling.”

“This is a great gym with lots of equipment. The locker rooms and shorts are clean. The cable machines are a little old but they're maintained well. They have a pool and offer various exercise classes throughout the day. They have four locations! My preference is bossier for the equipment but pierremont for the location!”

“My 4-year old absolutely loves this place. We first visited for their $20 open play hour, which is downstairs with the 2 trampolines, balance beams, rock wall, etc. Then I signed her up for their tumbling class, half of which takes place on the middle floor with a little obstacle course set up, and the other half takes place on the bottom floor. It's a great, relatively safe place for kids to burn off alot of energy and get their coordination and confidence up. About 7 kids per class. Classes fill very quickly, though once you're officially signed up for a class, you get priority registration for the next season. I will say that the place isn't as clean as I would like; the mats and equipment seem a bit sticky, there are big old cobwebs hanging from the tall ceilings, and thick layers of dust on light fixtures--they could really use a full, deep clean. But I don't think they have much if any competition in the city, and it doesn't deter us from going. Be sure to bring your own reusable water bottle, as kids are very active here and will be thirsty! They have water fountains and water bottle fillers. Open lockers and seating for adults downstairs.”

“I use this location when I visit family in Bossier. If you have been around a few PFs, you realize which ones have state of the art cardio equipment and which ones don't. This location has some of the older ones that a few clubs have replaced. They all seem to work very well so they obviously are maintained. Second, this location is open 24/7 throughout the week. That is very convenient for weekend early morning workouts. I am not one of those late or early people so it isn't something I can attest to. Finally, and this is a real sticking point but they play the worst music. I look around and the vast majority of their patrons are all over 50. The music selection is simply horrible. And they have a really good sound system that has exception bass. When some of those horrible songs and playing, you can't even hear anything over the earphones you are wearing. The vibration is simply horrible. It can really ruin your workout.”
