You aren't allowed to request a refill until you have a week of medication left. Turnaround time for them to fill the medication usually takes 5 business days (this is for a standard medication). God forbid they have an exercise or there is a holiday coming up, you'll be out of luck. Customer service is lacking. Do yourself a favor and just fill your meds somewhere else where you don't have to wait a week and risk going without.

Just save yourself time and some sanity and go off base.. They don't care to help you in anyway and your stuff will never be filled on time.

Most unqualified people with uncaring attitudes. Medicines ? don't show up in a timely manner and no feedback is giving if it's not in. I travel every 3 months and it hasn't gotten any better.

I would have posted 0 stars but it would not let me post. Worst customer service. I was on hold to speak with someone for 45 minutes and was told I had to call another number to get added to get meds filled. Then I had to call back to see when I could get my meds and was on hold for over 1hr. I am calling back to see what can be done on hold again for probably another hour!!!!

I would like to pass a sincere compliment to the pharmacy telephone attendant that helped me this morning. I can honestly say she was the best ever. Very patient, polite, and thorough. Completely customer focused. I think that when a person is treated with respect you get respect back. We should work on not being demanding or to have an entitlement mentality with others. Thank you Barksdale!

2 1/2 stars. This place is hit or miss. There are days they go overboard to meet the needs of the customers and others it seems you’re a burden. The biggest frustration is the the communication systems they have in place. When calling to speak to a rep, the answering service sends you in circles. We’ve called and the system literally takes you back through the list of options 3 times even though you’ve selected your option the first time and repeatedly. Also, they communicate very poorly their training days. Post on the drop boxes that you will be closed the following day so that customers can plan accordingly. The website says they are open so you make the drive to find they are closed for training. ?. Why can’t they operate like other groups and leave critical offices open with minimal manning?

Appreciate being able to use the satellite pharmacy. One suggestion is to include closing info in the opening remarks as the announcement says it does as the website is not kept up to date with these closings.

I've used this pharmacy for 10 years, and it's been the worst experience imaginable. We live 35 miles away and usually have to make 2 trips to pick up 7 scripts, even though we send them in at the same time. You can rarely get them to answer the phone. The on-line system is a joke.

The absolute worst base satellite pharmacy I’ve ever seen in my 20 plus years of service. Worst customer service ever, they treat you like you’re beneath them. I would hate to see how they handle elderly that are trying to get their medicine.

Honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had at a base pharmacy.1) God forbid you have a prescription from an off-base provider. It's near impossible to activate your prescriptions via phone because as soon as your next in queue you're redirected to the main clinic answering machine with no option to leave a message to the pharmacy. Then the phone hangs up. This is after you waste over 20 minutes waiting on the phone. You can't use the kiosk in the main pharmacy to activate off-base scripts, you have to use the kiosk inside the BX next to the pharmacy entrance which is shuttered. So when you finally are successful in activating you have to hop back into your car and wait for up to an hour in line outside the satellite office. They push the secure messaging option to contact the pharmacy but they never message you back. So good luck getting someone on the phone!

I see a lot of complaints about free medication. These Airmen, GS, and Contractors are doing very tremendous work with what they are given. Even the volunteers are a great help to them and safely preparing or medications. I believe a lot of my peers should spend some time volunteering at the base pharmacy to get a realistic view of what these people are dealing with everyday. Especially those that hold the technicians and pharmacists up on the phones, and making the phone line longer

The phone number to get assistance is a total run around. You are never able to get a human on the line to talk to and the system erroneously informs you that you're calling outside office hours.

They have the worst customer service than any base pharmacy I have been to. They gave me someone else’s prescription before. They just looked at the first initial and birthdate, and that’s it.
