I busted my window on a wooden French door. I have ALWAYS heard good things about this place from multiple sources. Unfortunately I'm not able to say the same. I contacted them to come see about replacing the window in which they were not sure that it would even be able to be done because its a wooden door and stated that I may have to replace the whole door. But said they'd come out and take a look anyway today after I had sent them some photos. After nearly all day I never heard nothing back so I assume the worst (probably not able to be fixed) I made a back up plan and called another business and set up a designated time...…. I touched back with them several hours later trying not to bother I know people are busy but keep in mind I have front door with a busted glass need something done as soon as possible. They informed me it wouldn't be today they were behind schedule it would be tomorrow. I asked what time due to the fact i am working and they said they'd call me which was no problem just need a heads up. I told them i had someone else comin tomorrow please let me know. Then they informed me that they do not have time to give estimates. I don't know how they are able to get work without giving someone a price first I cant just allow someone to come and fix something then hit me with a unexpected bill at an outrageous cost without knowing what it is first but ot may be cheaper to replace the door, maybe I need to make a insurance claim I don't know i wasnt looking for a free quote they could have charged me i told them to charge me.....$100 is cheaper than $3500 come give me quote I'm not looking for a free ride i know it takes money to make money dont waste my time if you dont want to do it then just say so but they wasted my time. Ill not do business with them and ill not refer them to anyone. I tried to give them a opportunity and they failed me.
