I'm closing my account and going elsewhere. They're letting a motel 6 retake money from my account after 2 months and won't reimburse me. Chase Bank period is crooked and needs to be closed, all branches. I'll take my business elsewhere. Y'all just lost a loyal customer due to this.

I withdrew 100 ones from the teller. She retrieved a stack labeled 100 but when I got home I was shorted 3 dollars. It's just 3 dollars but it's my money and it's the principle. Always count your money before you leave.

Customer service was ok. Bank policy? I was attempting to deposit CASH into an account that belongs to my employee who needed money immediately.I was told they could not accept a CASH deposit. They could however accept a money order or a check deposit, which would make the funds available the next business day.What kind of business practice is this that you don’t accept a CASH deposit??? Absolutely ridiculous!

Ms. Donna, the branch manager, said she would be right back with me... Yet somehow she left me on hold for 5+ minutes before I finally gave up and hung up. I believe it would be much better if Chase would at least check in with their customers they have on hold every 90 seconds or so.
