They were friendly and helped me out with a valve stem that was leaking on my truck tire, they replaced the valve stem and made sure it was still balanced. Will go there again

The best tire and lube shop hands down. I stopped by because they have the cheapest full synthetic oil change in the metro area. They have a full synthetic oil change, up to 5 quarts, oil and filter for $49.99 .....! I was skeptical at first...thinking...what's the catch..but once I found the place, its about a half mile from B.J.s pizza in Ball, going north on 165, same side of the road rite besides ball feed and seed.I got there and the owner Alex introduced himself and reassured me that the price was correct and there's no strings attached. He took my keys, I went into the waiting area which was roomy and comfortable with tv magazines and friendly patrons to talk to while you wait. There was 2 people ahead of me but my wait wasn't long....I was out in under 30 minutes.I had a check engine light on, his mechanics dug into the issue and gave me the reason. My check engine light was on because I had recently had work done and that issue still popped up. Alex, the owner, told me to go back to where I had the work done and see if the parts were still under warranty. Alex said that he didn't want to charge me for something that might be still under warranty...It's very rare in this day and time, that you find a business that cares more about doing the customer right, than making a sell.....however, this guy cares about his customers!I'm a customer for life....and when you make that small ride to Ball, and save almost $100 on a full synthetic oil change....meet these guys....you will feel as I do....! Thank you SO much for your amazing service Alex...you, your wife and 2 service guys are amazing.....I will be back...and so will my family and friends!
