“HUGE SHOUT OUT TO TABOO HARLEY of ALEXANDRIA STAFF!!! Friday Feb 16th I was traveling to Dallas from Baton Rouge with a few of my club brothers. 30 miles North of Alexandria, my bike went down. On a day with no sun and very low temperatures, my bike was inoperable. I ended up having to get a wrecker to tow my bike to the dealership. Already in the hole a few hundred for a 30 mile tow and frozen from waiting a hour on the side of the highway i was in a bad mood. Upon arriving to Taboo Harley, my already bad day was in for a warmer and uplifting experience. I was greeted at the door and was provided an awesome customer service experience. I ended up having to get a new head replaced on my rear cylinder, which required my bike to be worked on over night. The staff was nothing short of greatness. Sometimes it's the small things that matter that can help turn a bad situation into a positive one. I've had the opportunity to do a lot of traveling on 2's and this dealership and staff is a standard all Harley dealership's should emulate. Special shoutput and thanks to: Katie Tate and Bryssa Castro in Service, mechanics Rick Berlin and Chris Lemoine and Torie in Apparel. These five went above and beyond to make sure me and my bike received the attention, care and repair I needed to get mobile again. Thank-you to all of you! 5Stars all the way around ✊?”

“Walker Collision Center was very helpful. Dina was the representative I worked with. I was given a quote as I was there waiting. We set a day to bring my car in for repairs. There was an added charge that Dina called and discussed with me. Once in agreement work was finished on my KIA. I brought the car in for repairs on a Tuesday and the following Tuesday I received a call that I could pick up my vehicle. The work on the repairs was excellent. I would recommend Walker Collision Center to anyone.”
“My husband went to pick the 8 spark plugs up after having to wait a day. (They ordered them)There were 2 wrong spark plugs. It's a good thing my husband checked them before he left. They had to reorder 2 of the correct ones. We waited another day for them. My husband finally got all 8 of the correct spark plugs for our Cadillac Escalade. Installing the wrong spark plugs could've damaged our engine and caused some serious issues. Napa should double-check everything before handing it over to the customer. The employees were pleasant throughout these 2 days, so that's a plus.”

Latisha and Secada, ( I probably ruined their names, sorry Ladies) were as kind and helpful as could be! “Keep in mind I don’t do reviews unless it’s that good. I was a bit sketched out at first whenever I got there, but it was honestly amazing. The workers were nice and hard working. They really do care about cars; they treated my car as if it were their own car. I had a horrible scratch from someone keying me and they made it look brand new. My mustang emblems were chrome and they blacked it out for me whenever nobody else would. Then my louver had broke in half on the far right side on one of the holders and they fixed that as well. They also told me to come back the next day so they can double check everything and do some touch work up if necessary. If I could give it a higher star rating I would. Absolutely perfect! I recommend to anyone looking for parts or even cosmetic enhancements to personal vehicles, from little trees to transmissions. My last encounter got me the correct weight of motor oil, amount, correct filter and cheap but good quality tools to change the oil. Management was amazing with how they address the workers and everyone looks like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Great place 10/10! This is all honesty and no I am not a robot. “The guys there make this a very successful business. They have been working there a long time and they can rely on their knowledge of vehicles and parts to make sure you get the correct parts. They know their parts and they aren't afraid to break out the books and look up your part to ensure you get the right part the first time. The lines are never long because they usually have 3 employees working the counter. I hate going to Autozone in Kingsville and standing in line 10 minutes just to be told the part isnt in stock, have them order it, stand back in line for 10 minutes to pick up my part only for it to be the wrong part. My truck has 9 u-joints and I used to go to Autozone and Oriellys to get them and they would be the wrong part. I started going to bumper to bumper in Ball and they have never given me the wrong part.”
