“HUGE SHOUT OUT TO TABOO HARLEY of ALEXANDRIA STAFF!!! Friday Feb 16th I was traveling to Dallas from Baton Rouge with a few of my club brothers. 30 miles North of Alexandria, my bike went down. On a day with no sun and very low temperatures, my bike was inoperable. I ended up having to get a wrecker to tow my bike to the dealership. Already in the hole a few hundred for a 30 mile tow and frozen from waiting a hour on the side of the highway i was in a bad mood. Upon arriving to Taboo Harley, my already bad day was in for a warmer and uplifting experience. I was greeted at the door and was provided an awesome customer service experience. I ended up having to get a new head replaced on my rear cylinder, which required my bike to be worked on over night. The staff was nothing short of greatness. Sometimes it's the small things that matter that can help turn a bad situation into a positive one. I've had the opportunity to do a lot of traveling on 2's and this dealership and staff is a standard all Harley dealership's should emulate. Special shoutput and thanks to: Katie Tate and Bryssa Castro in Service, mechanics Rick Berlin and Chris Lemoine and Torie in Apparel. These five went above and beyond to make sure me and my bike received the attention, care and repair I needed to get mobile again. Thank-you to all of you! 5Stars all the way around ✊?”

“I am sorry Mrs. Linda Daigrepont if you were disappointed in the customer service. We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. We had just happened to be able to the day you showed up. Again we are very sorry!”

“Let me start by saying if I could give this place 1 million stars I would. I’m a hotshot trucker and I was coming down 49 almost to Alexandria. When all of a sudden my water pump sees breaking the belt and the water pump. I look at the clock. It’s 10 o’clock so I called Autozone and talk to panda. I tell him my situation he takes me into consideration. Let me buy the parts over the phone and Alex another worker at this Autozone brought me the parts 13 miles away. All I can say is how thankful I was for them how much they blessed me. They went out of their way so that I could get back on my way is great customer service. Thank you again, Alex and Panda.”

“My husband went to pick the 8 spark plugs up after having to wait a day. (They ordered them)There were 2 wrong spark plugs. It's a good thing my husband checked them before he left. They had to reorder 2 of the correct ones. We waited another day for them. My husband finally got all 8 of the correct spark plugs for our Cadillac Escalade. Installing the wrong spark plugs could've damaged our engine and caused some serious issues. Napa should double-check everything before handing it over to the customer. The employees were pleasant throughout these 2 days, so that's a plus.”

Be aware. I was given the wrong filter. It popped off. I lost all my oil. Didn’t lock up my motor. Went back. They replaced it with the correct filter and gave me oil back free of charge.”

“Easiest truck buying experience ever! I walked in, told Kaitlyn, sales person, what we were looking for. She showed me what was on the lot. Garrison, sales manager made sure what we were looking at best suited our needs then found out a little about us and started working a deal. There was a little wait while they worked the numbers, but it was worth the wait. They gave us the best price for our trade-in and worked a deal that was better than 3 other area dealerships! They also found the best interest rate that we had been offered. Amos in financing made the signing quick and easy. My last encounter got me the correct weight of motor oil, amount, correct filter and cheap but good quality tools to change the oil.
