Car wash quality is ok. But guys gotta be careful if u got charged extra by the cashier. My wash is $23.95 and was charged $24.95. I asked why and the lady said it's because I am using business credit card. And I asked where u stated that anywhere in the store? Or did u inform me about the extra charged? She kept saying because I'm using a business credit card. End up I used my personal card and voided the business card transaction. That's not a good excuse to charge more to ur customer!

I really hate that I came here without reading the reviews. This place needs new management. I asked for the special and pointed at the billboard that said early bird. The guy said, ok. Instead of charging $21.00, I was charged $28.95. They said because I got the "Special" I said yes, the 21.00 again pointing at the sign. The manager or I believe owner Said that's called the early bird. Ok, so the worker didn't take my pointing at the sign into consideration. Plus he didn't ask me what car smell knowing that he chared me for the "special"I said fine I guess I should've said early bird... but do you see how they get you ....so my car was ready and my rims were dirty. I informed the worker that I got the special. I asked him to clean the rims. He seemed bothered. Attempted to clean the front left rim. However, did not thoroughly clean it. Then called me over to let me know he was done.. however, the other 3 were still dirty. I went inside and spoke directly to the lady manager. I asked her are my rims supposed to be cleaned. She said, yes. She came outside and told the employee that I got the special... he informed her that my car wasn't cleaned in the wash because my car had not been washed for a while that's why the dirt didn't come off. He refused to use his spray and cloth to wipe my rims down.. I can't believe that the manager let this fly. I informed her that I would be writing a review and she shrugged shoulders and said that was fine. It sucks because I really wanted to make this my go to place.. however, with this type of unprofessional service, I'd rather wash my own car. In addition, the interior and exterior of the car didnt look the best. There were 3-4 men surrounding my car when vacuuming, and no customers behind me but it wasn't that great of a job.

Don't come here. If you have to, be careful of what they charge on your credit card. My Super Wash was $26.95 plus $2 extra for an SUV. That is understandable, but the cashier rang up $29.95. I asked her why and first she said the written up ticket for $29.95. I asked her if I can look at the ticket and it showed $28.95. She was embarrassed and said it is because I used my credit card. It's not much, but I feel I got cheated. Never come back again.

This place is great for a car wash. Owner Julia is incredibly nice and sweet. Expect to be here for about 20 minutes. They sometimes forget to spray the scent in the back so make sure it's there before you leave. They do a good job and I only come here.

Lol they stole my sun glasses out my boyfriend's car on 9/8/22. They're thieves ! Don't come here !! Plan on closing then down cause that's ridiculous. Glasses weren't even name brand damn thieves.

We got a regular wash. They vacuumed the inside, wiped down surfaces, ran it through the machine once and then hand dried. The car ended up looking nicer than if we had gone through a drive-thru car wash only with no hand drying. Yeah there was still pet hair embedded in the carpets but the debris was gone and they did vacuum under the mats. If we wanted it totally immaculate - that would require paying to have our car detailed and we didn't need that so honestly it's good for what you pay for. You really can't expect perfection for $20 ish dollars... Plus they have cute cockatiels and budgies in the waiting area.

Worst !! Ruined my car! Ran my brand-new $45,000 Kia through the car wash after about 1000 fresh Miles. Manager asked me if I wanted air freshener I said just a tiny squirt of "new car smell" Why ?? even needed it I don't know because the car was new. The kid that washed the car ended up spraying black ice all over the carpets and inside the air duct system while the car was running! Are you freaking kidding me? I took the car back to the manager and he was unable to get the smell out after steam cleaning the removable carpets. The air freshener was so cheap and strong I cannot get the smell out of the car after two months! Took the car to the dealership and now they want $5000 to remove the air compressor and clean the air system. The owner of this place is going to end up in court. He's got his mind on other things besides car washes. Maybe time to sell this place and put up a Target!

I needed an exterior car wash and was heading to my go to place in Pasadena. It was going to take another 30 min to get there and I came across this one and took a chance on it despite the low ratings. I drove to the entrance and told the gentleman I wanted an exterior car wash. It's $14 and no vacuum. Normally I would pay then and there and I would drive the car myself. For this place he said I need to pay inside and he's going to take my car for me. After the car wash they wiped down the car for you so it's nice and dry. The car came out pretty clean and they got all the dirt out. It was a pleasant experience and took no more than 15 minutes.

Very great hard working man making money! Also prices are good for what you get. This is my go to place when I need a car wash! I highly recommend.

I gave 2 stars because the people are really really nice. The quality of my car wash was not good at all. Our truck was still visibly dirty. The inside was still dirty and the windows were still dirty. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. It wasn't super busy so I'm not sure why such poor work was done. The owner is super nice though.

Paid $40 plus tips didn't even clean my rims completely. Didn't vacuum my trunk. Probably just sprayed water and dried it. What a friggin joke!

Terrible service! Very unprofessional and they did a substandard job on my car. When I arrived, I greeted the car wash guys they did not greet me, they just sat where they were until I approached them And when the car was supposedly finished I checked the interior and nothing had been wiped down in the car, they eventually did it after i called it to their attention. I will never ever go back there again and I do not recommend it to anybody.
