“I called after hours on a holiday weekend. They told me it would be an hour before they could get to me but showed up 30 minutes later, in a storm. The 1 hour job they had been working was going to take much longer. So, the owner drove out and took care of me himself. He was extremely kind, professional, and got me back on my way. Highly, highly recommend.”

If he could fix the situation immediately, he does (he did for me that day). If not he tells you (honestly) when he'd be available to work on your vehicle. “Wow, all I can say is Wow. What an amazing dealership that really means that it is always about the customer. I found them online and reached out to make sure that they still had the Tahoe I was interested in was still on the lot. I was met with a friendly phone call where all my questions were answered. I have never in my life found a family/ team like this one. I received 0% pressure to visit or to buy anything. When you treat people with kindness, courtesy and professionalism they will buy a new vehicle. The offer for my trade was exactly what I asked for and the price for my new Tahoe could not be beat. I was willing to go the extra mile, 102 miles to be exact to make this deal. Oh did I mention that they offered to come to me if needed to save me time. I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future and I have already referred a family member to visit them soon.”
