I was told on yesterday that if I didn’t get all my prescriptions filled there that I couldn’t get none of them filled there. I was blown away by this. Corporate needs to respond on or at least give the customers a heads up.

Service is awful and they do not care. Prescriptions not ready on time, not wanting to give prescriptions a week early , can't print out pictures properly... the list goes on. Please take your business to the Walgreens in Zachary if you can. I will.

I work in the medical field and frequently I have to call Walgreens to send refills for patients. It doesn’t matter if I call the Walgreens in Baker, Zachary, Baton Rouge, or even Mississippi, Texas, …. You get my point… they are all the same!!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW (on purpose), UNORGANIZED and LAZY. It doesn’t matter which WALGREENS it is…. All across the globe they act the same. Blows my mind. I tell the patients they should change pharmacies. It’s more of a headache having to deal with them than to switch to a Better pharmacy.

Omg!!! They are the absolute worse! The light skinned female pharmacist has the worse attitude I have ever experienced! They need to go to a class for Customer Service.

Prescription submitted to the Groom road location in Baker, LA. Received email notification that prescription ready for pick up. Went to location and was told by two people nothing on profile for me and dismissed. Called customer service and gave them same information provided to pharmacy and they find new prescription but was under new profile not previous one. If local pharmacy would have searched, would see just like customer service saw. Told customer service to remove me and will utilize another pharmacy.

I’ve worked in healthcare for over 30 years, and my interaction with this location’s pharmacist and pharmacy techs have been THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! They are very rude, unprofessional, appears to move slowly intentionally, and ignorant!!! I held on the phone for 14 mins trying to call in a prescription. After the 14 mins someone picked up the phone and said thank you for calling Walgreens please hold and immediately put me on hold again!!!! I’ve currently been on hold now for 9 minutes!!

I was on hold for 22 minutes with a lady asking me to hold everything few minutes then they hung up. I was bedridden and really needed my meds.

I will never in my life ever step foot in this Walgreens again. They treat you like you are bothering them just to talk to you. After two attempts of the urgent care right across the street sending my prescriptions to them they still didn’t get them and I had to go get the hard copies and bring it to them just to get the ball rolling to get my prescriptions. When I was at the urgent care they said there were multiple people having the same issue with this same store.

Pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE!!! They won't even answer the phone. Put in a request to have a prescription transferred earlier today and still nothing. WHY IS THIS PHARMACY STILL OPEN??

How can a pharmacy continue to operate after so many complaints? My only suggestion is to find somewhere else to fill your prescription.

This Walgreens needs a complete revamp of employees. The store itself is fine but that means nothing if the employees are perpetually incompetent. I have had SOOOOO many bad encounters here: from trying to get a walk-in covid shot only to be told I had to schedule the appointment, scheduling the appointment, downloading and filling out the paperwork, coming to my appointment only to be told WE ARE OUT OF VACCCINES BECAUSE WE GAVE THEM TO THE WALK-INS as well as ordering a prescription for a wisdom tooth infection to be delivered that was never sent out even after I called and inquired thus having to ask my sister to pick it up because I was in so much pain. But today of 10/2/2022 is it for me. I ordered delivery as my car is not working. I had perishable and non-perishable items. The young lady from Door dash arrives with one small bag. I asked her if that was all she was given and she said yes. I am starving and my stomach is close to feeding on itself and all I have are a DOGGONE bag of non-perishable items. I call the store and tell them that I only received one bag as the label clearly states 1 of 3. The female associate confirms that they didn't give the dasher the other 2 bags. I said, "can you send them out as I did pay for delivery?" As per expected in the HOOD the response was, "we can't call door dash." Then I had to inquire about getting my refund for the items not received because they are never inspired to make things right themselves. If there were any real customer service, they would have contacted door dash and paid the cost as it was their(NOT MINE) incompetence that cost me my order. If you just HAVE to stop and get what you need then stop here but if you time..... keep driving .HOODgreens will never fail to give the disappointment you seek in life.

I went to take a Covid test here as I have before for me and my children ! This particular time I got the 24 hour test , I took it Wednesday morning today is Friday I still haven’t received the results , then when I called the employee was rude . I got tested Thursday morning somewhere else and got results back within 20 minutes and I was positive!!!

I have always had a great experience here. Super friendly staff. Always get my photo orders on time. I have not yet used their pharmacy.
