I couldn’t find the unit, then couldn’t get the lock off. I don’t like the idea that nobody is at the facility if you need help. I will probably not deal with units at red dot again unless there are no other auctions

DO NOT RENT THERE...YOU WILL BE SORRY.Worst experience ever HANDS DOWN !I am stuck here because of the regular moving fees, they offer a refund that anyone knows takes almost a week, and still no gate access for 2 days, climate controlled NON-EXISTENT! This place is hot as hell. I'm so over them. Here I am uhaul truck, movers, extra people and their vehicles, 9pm, no access (just horrible)I will be reporting them to the BBB... the supervisor finally calls me back and basically says sorry we are working on it... have a great day. This is false advertisement !! No customer service or emergency numbers, just the hell with the customer. I normally read the reviews but I was so ready to be done, I thought hey how bad could it be WELL now I know. I see these are regular issues that have been happening for years. Then they only respond back to the reviews they like.DO NOT RENT HERE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Check your unit before moving in, the pictures and descriptions of the units are very misleading. Moving day was a nightmare because of it, customer service is non-existent. It took me three days to get a payment to go through because their phone payment system kept disconnecting me or simply not taking my payment. Moving is such a stressful time and this experience made it even worse.

Okay, so my daughter and I was moving her stuff in by ourselves because the husband had to get back to work and it was a lot of stuff. Well baby the facility supervisor Ms. Francine came and oh my gosh!! She helped us get all of our belongs in. Once done I tried to pay her matter fact I insisted and she didn’t want it. Long story short I had her blocked in an I told her I was not moving my car to let her go until she take this blessing I had for her, cause we had a lot of s****. So yes I’m leaving this review cause lord knows I appreciate her help. Thank you Mrs Francine.

When rented and are paying for a climate controlled unit, however, when we got to the building to put our items in our assigned unit, the AC was blowing hot air and the area is hot. I called the next day to make Red Dot aware of the problem. I was assured that someone would look into this. As of today, the AC has not been fixed. I think it is unfair to pay additional cost for a climate controlled unit and it is NOT climate controlled. In speaking with a friend, I have been made aware that this appears to be an ongoing problem with this company.As far as the initial contact with renting a unit, we tried online and ran into some issues, but were able to speak with someone and get it rented. We didn't experience any big problems getting into the facility.

Reserved an RV storage lot. Advertised as 30 foot graveled spot. After paying for the spot. I went to look at it. It wasn't graveled or wide enough for an RV. It was all grass and very soggy. I called customer service and cancelled my account. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days to get my refund. They were also keeping $15. I am very unhappy with the false advertising and overall operations of Red Dot. Don't use them!!!

I rented a 5x10 climate controlled unit. The facility is ok if you get into the right building. I noticed some units had falling insulation and I had to switch units twice for this reason but before moving my items in. Before you rent please check the unit for any issues. The gate was broken the last-time I was there so there is a security issue. Also one of the doors of the building that I am in can be entered without a security code. The prices are good and with auto pay you receive a monthly discount for 6 months.
