Marcus (shop owner) is a very strait forward man and he runs a VERY HONEST BUSINESS. Every time I called Mr. Mike or Marcus answered the phone and answered all my questions. There are a lot of body shops in BR that are shady and they'll try to run your money up, but Toussaints isn't one of them. “These guys were able to tell me the real reason why I had a check engine light versus what one of the auto parts stores told me. A bunch of codes came up and told me the it was a sensor and couple of spark plugs and ignition coils went bad. They corrected the problem for a good price. “I brought my vehicle here after it had been stolen and dumbed roughly a mile down the road from my apartment. The front and rear bumpers were damaged by them pushing it to start it and dumping it in a ditch. I can't say enough about how outstanding this place is. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and extremely helpful to get my car back to what it used to be. The work and care put into my repairs were well above my expectations as I've had more than a few bad experiences with body shops(even my company Collison center when I worked for a dealership). Everything from the paint to taking extra care to give me back my vehicle washed, and not to mention the repairs were done in less than a week. I can't recommend them enough. “They did an amazing job on my car. It took a month and a half but it was worth it. The part that was damaged looked brand new like it never happened. If I didn't have a picture of the damaged parts I would have forgotten what the damaged parts looked like. They also cleaned out the inside and vacuumed it. There wasn't a spec of dust or trash in the inside. It was a welcome surprise. They also washed it too. I will chose them against to fix my car in the future 100/10”
