Shanna with Baker Funeral Home was absolutely amazing! She made this difficult season of loss more manageable by taking care of everything with such excellence and care. Living in a different state presented many challenges but she made it as stress free as possible. She went above and beyond and made me feel like family. You can tell she really cares about her job and the people she helps. You not only experience excellent service but gain a friend. Cannot recommend her and Baker enough!

The need to handle final arrangements when dealing with the crushing grief that comes from losing a beloved husband is a most difficult task. The team at Baker Funeral Home went above, beyond and even further to help me. Never once during my dealings with them did I ever feel that they were just going through the motions. Scott, Shanna and Steve’s compassion, attention to detail and overall eagerness to help with any task made an extremely stressful and painful experience bearable. If- no- WHEN you are in need of the services of a funeral home, you simply will not find more compassionate, professional or caring people than those at Baker Funeral Home.

Scot & Emma along with everyone else at Baker Funeral Home recently assisted my family in the passing of my father, Fred Dixon. They were so wonderful! They were thoughtful & attentive throughout the entire process. During an immensely sad for my family, the job they performed was admirable. Thanks to their professionalism, I had little to worry about. I know my father would have been proud of his ceremony due to their kindness.

From the moment the funeral transfer arrived at the hospital to receive my Dad's body, they were very considerate and compassionate. Explained exactly how the process would go and made sure we were well informed. The next day at the office, Shanna was very helpful throughout the planning process. Guided us through the whole service, from flowers to music to obituary. I feel like every detail was covered. And I knew I could contact them at any time with questions or changes. Thanks to the whole staff for treating us with respect and love.

We recently had my husband’s 94 year old grandfather’s funeral done by Baker Funeral Home. Everything was so nice, the compassion and care they showed the family was unmatched. We truly appreciate everything they did, it couldn’t have been a better service and burial.

In June of 2023 we lost my Husbands Mother. Everything was preplanned. The funeral home was opened and all of her Love ones and friends started to come in and pay their respects. Everyone kept asking for a book to sign in with. I asked his relatives whether or not someone had brought one for them to sign, they said no. I got with Shanna B. (Funeral Director) and she had an extra one we could use. I know Shanna from unfortunately other funerals we had there. She is Kind, Professional, compassionate and efficient. One of the days you dread the most is when one of your parents pass but Shanna & Baker Funeral Home took care of all the details.Thanks Again,Charlie & Sonja Smith

The Baker Funeral job did an amazing job for my pawpaws funeral.the pre-planning was done simple and easy. Mr Steve was very patient with my 91 yr old Mawmaw . The funeral they arranged was perfect. My pawpaw was perfect.make up was done amazingly. I was talked to and explained everything that was happening or what would need to be done. The ones at the funeral made this time of loss pass as smoothly and peaceful as it could have been. Thank you guys so much, I appreciated all that you all did.Nicole Bridges
