“I have not had any problems switching over to Hancock Whitney. Had one issue when first transferred, being put in the wrong checking account type. Went in to the Pont des Mouton branch & it was resolved immediately. The next month I got a credit for the $12 service charge. My only complaint is the ATM. THE change in location of the ATM, is much better, but still not enough room in the rear of the building, to get out, when vehicles are parked behind the bank and in the extra parking spaces. And when both drive through lanes are blocking exit.”
