“Good shopping while on our Tiki Triathlon in NOLA. Big store with everything you can imagine. Prices where good and staff helpful. We found a few bargains that had to come home with us. Large selection”
“wow, what a hidden gem! super cool GENUINE vintage finds with some of the lowest prices in the city. great 90s vibes but they also have lots of 50s-80s gadgets, trinkets and more. they also have so many low prices vintage gadgets and appliances that ACTUALLY work. such a lovely staff, we chatted with gina who was absolutely lovely. a small, home-grown place that’s super affordable and authentic. a must visit for any sort of vintage lover.”
“If you are into Vintage clothing, books, furnitue, and everything in-between this is definetly the place to shop. You will find treasures here that you did not know you needed. I have been shopping here ever since I moved to the area, and I always find what I am looking for. Please visit and support them, they are a New Orleans staple. This place is ca$h only, no cards excepted.”
“So cute inside! I decided to take my donations here instead of Goodwill for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the effort put into the store's layout and selections. Staff is pretty friendly too.”

3828 Dryades St, New Orleans“If you've ever strolled thru the Paris Puces market just fascinated with the antique cooking pots and utensils, you can almost smell the cakes and pastries and roasts they produced - and in this tiny treasure Uptown, the gumbo pots and fish moulds and cornbread pans are just screaming to be put back to work on another stove. If you're a cook, or just love to eat, steal an hour from the office and sneak in to plan your next culinary triumph, with the inspiration of someone's grandmother's iron pot and sherry glasses and maybe her embroidered napkins or apron. If a huge beat-up knife screams at you to chop onions, grab a big thick seasoned chopping block and just imagine the ratatouille or coleslaw that were piled up for a beautiful garlicky feast. You'll even find a cookbook there with the recipes. Just holding a great old copper pot or a heavy cast iron skillet will set your mouth on a path to glory and for less than the price of a few onions. And best of all, you're right near Martin's Wine Cellar where you'll find the perfect Chianti for your Cacciatore. !!”
“Enjoyed shopping on a Tuesday afternoon. The staff is polite and respectful. There is a good selection of name brands and off brand clothing items. I appreciate the access to a small changing station to try on clothes. Surprised by the number of NOLA t-shirts you can find on the racks.”
“Thrift City USA is fantastic. This has been my go to thrifting place for years now, and it never disappoints. They always, always have new selections & fresh merchandise, they have a vast selection of various different items in general, the prices aren't outrageous, although they have gone up just a bit in the past few years. The staff here are truly wonderful people, they are so kind. I'll be moving at the end of the month, and I will miss this place! I don't think any thrift store could ever compare, lol. I've seen a lot of various different reviews, and I just had to leave my own. Nothing but good experiences here, always!”
“This is where you go for dress clothes, interview clothes and even leather jackets. It may take patience to get through the filled racks but you'll find gems!!!”
“I've been here twice and it seems like a great thrift store to find boots as I found a cute selection both times. The first time I left without a pair I liked and went back hoping they would be there but of course where gone but I did find another and didn't make the mistake again. They have a section to grab last chance items at $1. I will say the prices are high so once you take the 50% off that I received both days I went it brings the price closer to a thrift store bargain. I wonder if certain items are always 50% off as I see a slash through the prices of clothing and other items besides furniture I believe. Maybe the pricing is a way to make the customer feel they are getting a discount while making sure they make enough to support the cause? You must spend $5 to use your credit card or donate the rest to get to the $5 charge. I feel it's supportive for the community Grace House serves so I will continue to buy from there. Plus I want more boots.”
“Found the perfect desk that I've been needing for my home office. Solid wood, in impeccable condition, priced at $65, but they were taking 50% off all furniture, so it only cost me $32.50 The floor sales associate was very polite and helpful --very professional. Same with the cashier and the guys in the back. All of them showed excellent service skills, stemming -I'm sure- from a genuine desire to make a positive difference for their customers. Highly recommended!”

“Everything about this place is a 5 star except THE CHECKOUT LINE. 30 minutes to leave and it’s got me questioning my morals. If there was someway to make this line faster this place would greatly benefit along with everyone trying to purchase their things.”
