“Finding it was not hard. Finding where I needed to go inside was. I was pointed to a closed door with the name of what I needed, only to find out that's not really where I should have been. I have good eyesight, but signs were hard to spot and read, appart from directions to check in.”

“With lanes that can service tanks on either side of your vehicle, SAM'S CLUB Gas Station has arguably the cheapest prices in town. Just be patient and the lines move pretty smoothly. Just remember, some vehicles have large capacity tanks and take longer to fill. All you need is your SAM'S CLUB Membership Card, your debit or credit card and you're all set to begin pumping. THERE'S NO ATTENDANT MOST OF THE TIME AND YOU CAN'T USE CASH!”
“Fast, efficient, and most importantly…. trustworthy. Rose’s pharmacy always goes above and beyond to ensure my medication is dispensed correctly and in a timely manner. There are times medication maybe short delayed, but that would be due to insurance or script issues. Which is no fault of theirs. Also, Mrs. Rose gives the best shot! I get all my vaccine from her.”

“I've had several pharmacies over the span of 7 years, always had trouble with one thing or another, or no one cared to help me. I finally found this place & have had no issues at all & won't be going anywhere else, we've moved our entire family over to them as well (6). This pharmacist is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with (even when there's issues with a RX) they give very good advice on meds, especially children's meds as we have 2 special needs boys. It feels like a local Mom & Pop pharmacy like when Carr drugs was a pharmacy, kind of like part of the family. The pharmacist goes above & beyond to help. The entire team there is very professional & pleasant to talk to, also having the option of meds being delivered helps our family a ton. I could keep going because it's hard to find good places like this but 10/10 recommend!”

“We were checking out and my 3 year old was putting his hand on the loading belt. She noticed this before us and the cashier politely told him that he could hurt his hand if he kept doing that. Our son took this as she was mad at him and got sad. The cashier felt really bad and did everything she could to cheer him up. I just wanted to publicly recognize Shanuja for going the extra mile to cheer up our son. Excellent job keeping people safe and cheering up a young boy....she was so polite about it.”

“Costco has the only pharmacy in town that is actually professional and competent. The location isn't the most convenient for me personally but it's worth going out of my way knowing I'm not going to have to deal with a bunch of drama and attitude just to get a medication refilled.”
“Produce offerings was shabby ranging from unripe to over ripe. Very clustered with employees and products so on pallets. Employees won't allow passage unless they're good and ready to”
“I got very sick on my trip to NOLA and felt lucky to find such a well-run CVS. They had all the medicines I needed and the pharmacists were helpful and courteous. The only negative is the neighborhood - I had 2 different men approach me outside this CVS when I was going to walk to my hotel. One was out of his mind on drugs. Didn't feel safe, so i went back inside and called an Uber.”

“My first order with this pharmacy got messed up. I placed the order online and selected it to be delivered, and I even received a receipt, but for some reason the order did not process normally. I had set up for a delivery on a Friday, so when the order didn't process, that meant I wasn't going to be able to get my medicine until the following Tuesday, and I needed it. As a double amputee, I couldn't drive to pick it up, and I was looking forward to a weekend filled with phantom pains that feel like my amputated feet being dipped in lava. I've had this happen at other pharmacies (there's only one other pharmacy that carries this medicine currently in New Orleans, so I'm sure you can figure out who I'm talking about), and they essentially threw their hands in the air and said "oh well!" However this time, with Crescent City Pharmacy, they actually sent one of their employees out to drive the 30 minutes to bring my medicine to me! I am absolutely flabbergasted in the best way possible! I've never had a pharmacy care that much and go that far out of the way to ensure I didn't go through a torturous weekend. This is the way pharmacies used to be 100 years ago. I didn't know any existed like that today. Bravo Crescent City Pharmacy, I am truly impressed!”
“Employee working in shipping and receiving was by himself today. My appt was at 6am..By 7 I didn't feel my trailer moving. Went back in the receiving office was pitch black. I scanned the QR for assistance he came in. I asked what was taking so long. That is when he proceeded to tell me he was by himself. I said sorry for that I have a 6am appt I have a pickup at 8am. About 10 mins later he started unloading me. Get these guys some help that early in the morning. Deliveries come left and right early mornings. I appreciate the young man for getting me out of there after speaking with him..”
“Pharmacists know customers by name. They are so fast and efficient, filling prescriptions immediately when you bring them in. If they are called in, they are waiting for you by the time you get there. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you my have. The service they provide is far superior to the chain pharmacies.”
“Love working with the Specialty Pharmacy team. They are always so helpful and supportive. Location is a bit peculiar so could be confusing for a first time pickup but it is very easy to get to and from once you get the first time out of the way.”
“Michoud pharmacy is the best. They really care about their customers. They always answer their phone, there’s no automated system or request line, you simply call and are able to speak to their pharmacist. Their delivery services are a life saver. Michoud understands that you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops just to get your medicine.”
“I always go to this Walgreens to fill my prescriptions every month and I went to other Walgreens and receive horrible service but this Walgreens is the a pitta me of great customer service the staff is friendly courteous professional and punctual I will never go to another Walgreens but this one and I highly recommend it”
“What a pharmacy should be!! I transferred my prescriptions here after a nearby drugstore closed…and I should’ve done it much sooner. Always fast, friendly, efficient service...unlike the chaos at the big chain places. You can actually reach someone on the phone and the counter is always staffed by a cheerful attendant. Also the retail section is nice too—well stocked and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.”
