Bad service and they stole more than 100 dollars from me since they put a telephone line on my internet that I went to buy a telephone line that they did not give me and they charged me for both the equipment and the line, he is a very arrogant Arab when I called for service I realized that the client had to have a line to be able to access the internet service and I returned to ask him kindly to give me the line and he told me that it was not enough to have the internet so if I don't use it because they are charging me for it...

Excuse the one-star I put it there to make a comment please do not buy phonesFrom this MetroPCS store He sold Samsung A32Without the charger when I asked about he claim that he didn't have the box part of the charger. I go back the next day because I couldn't charge my phone the he told me that the box did not come with the phone I will have to pay for it separate. If he would have told me that from the beginning I would've chosen a different kind of phone $335.00 for a phone I cant charger. I patronize his bussiness all the time this time he lost a good customer.

Fantastic customer service!! Employees are very friendly and helpful - not to mention, genuinely care that you walk out of there happy. I've been frequenting this particular location for four years now and have never once had a problem. Will never go to "location B" again - had two bad experiences there. Will *always* come back to this one!!

Do not go to this store the manager put a extra line on my account and when I called him out on it he said I never had a extra line but the customer service people that I called confirmed not only was it a extra line On the account he over charged me by 100 dollars for stuff I didn’t buy
