Shipped some of my dead brothers artwork with them, never received a tracking number or any additional information from them. The package is now lost and unrecoverable. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I mailed my 6 year Old SUN'S 2 pair of school shoes and school tablet.... it never left the office.. I filed fedex claim and they denied due to package never being received. Then she claims there's nothing she can do about it.. sheriff office and lawyer is next.. that is my Sun's belongings

I stopped here to send a fed ex package to my client. They took care of everything and I requested it be insured and signed for which I was assured of. The delivery day comes and no package. The ladies didn't request for signature. I called to discuss and file the claim for insurance and they would not take responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE!

Paid $42 to mail an envelope overnight to New York City - I had the street address but no zip code, so the ladies there looked it up for me (I had to suggest that they use USPS to look up a zip code!) FedEx got it to NYC three DAYS later and when I complained and asked for a refund, the ladies at the store told me FedEx wouldn't refund my money because the zip code was incorrect. They refused to accept responsibility or to refund my money, even in part. DON'T do business here. The owner hung up on me when I complained that the error was theirs.
