“Switch to T-Mobile from Verizon for a cheaper plan and for the promotional offers. We had a few hiccups with a miscommunication from an employer on what was offered but the manager at the Marrero store Jonathan assured us it would be handled and it was. He kept in touch with me throughout the process of correcting the error. Great staff and great service. No problems with the network and no dropped calls or dead spots.”

“Pick up an online order from this store. Pick up was easy however in order for them to set up your phone and download from cloud and all that they charged $35 or so. I guess it is not their policy but corporate policy I don’t know.
But the staff help set up our phones very quick and efficient.”

This is main office and corporate headquarters, and not for walk-in customers as the technicians are always in the field, and as an internet company, like ao many others, have gone to remote work where possible. They are a different kind of internet, and a great fit for a different kind of city.”
“This was my first time at this establishment. Mr. Burrell, along with the two other young men, were very professional. I was quickly assisted and left feeling satisfied. I'd recommend this particular store (It's next to Bonzai) to anyone that is a current Boost Mobile customer or interested in switching cell phone providers. There were a few bugs along the way with billing, but they will all be worked out.”
“I must say that out of all the Boost Mobile dealers in mid city this one takes the cake for "Best Costumer Service!!" you are greeted before you even finish walking in the store by like five different reps! The guys are very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure every costumer leaves happy and come back! I really suggest that if you're in the area check them out they have great deals and are always ready to help you! Most importantly the place is clean and they always have the music playing so while you wait, you're jamming! :-)”
