Went in establishment for full set square nails came out with sloppy paint job an messed up filing of my nails I explained to Lady that I wasn’t paying for the horrible nail job she did and she only charged me for full set which was $25 which that should have been waived also she insisted on changing my color but at that point I was so annoyed and upset I didn’t want her to do anything else to my nails so I left mad madService: Gel manicure

Horrible service, the two women in the salon on 6/10/21 were extremely rude to another customer while I was there. Then became annoyed with me as well. I will never return asked to speak with owner and was denied. the nail tech refused to call the owner when the other customer asked and her nails and toes looked horrible. My set was also bad but I paid even tipped to make a point and I'm going somewhere else. These women would not listen to reason and should not be in any form of customer service. My nail tech was struggle to understand anything I asked or requested and would get annoyed with me. The other tech had to keep translating and they figured I was the problem. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am person who checks out reviews.. I called around looking for a reasonable price to get a pedicure. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant, and said now was a good time. They're werent busy. I haven't had my feet done in two months and didn't want a “quick†job. Turns out they have been open for 11 years and I can see why! She patiently played with colors for me until I saw l loved. They another woman doing my nails took such great care & detail. Very, very happy to have found exotic nails in Arabi!
