They emailed me to update my sim card, once I get there I'm told they will be discontinuing my phone in January, should have lead with that, the girl helping me was fine but didn't give my sister her I'd card back and the next day said they didn't have it, it was the only place either one of us had to show identification

The area manager was completely rude. He told me there is no one over him to report him to. I need to know who I can report him to. If anyone can help please let me know. When I asked him to give me his name he gave me a bogus name. He was the word example of customer service I’ve ever encountered Kelvin Burrell needs to do a training in customer service he is awful
