Hood ended up having the exact vehicle I wanted, with the 2024 Traiblazer I purchased. Roseanne in sales is very knowledgeable, wonderful to deal with, and very patient and understanding with me, after a couple of hiccups drug the buying process out longer than intended. Would definately purchase another vehicle from them in the future. I want to say thank you to Roseanna and all the staff at Hood Automotive Amite for all their wonderful help in my new vehicle buying endeavor.

Very pleased and happy I stopped . I was about to get on I55 and head for McComb for a failed tire on my new 2000 mi car . Hood Motor Amite had a new tire next day AND at 0 cost put a temp plug in my new car tire! And the car didn't come from them. The staff inside were kind and stopped and chatted. At least 5 staff in 2 days talked at length with me.

I was a little disappointed with their service. They knew what I was bringing my truck in for a tune-up when I called to make an appointment. They scheduled me for 2 pm knowing they closed at 5 pm. When getting a tune-up, it is always best to get the fuel injection cleaned and they even reminded me of that and I told them everything I wanted as far as maintenance on my truck. They assured me it could be done. Yet, they couldn't get to it all as time ran out. I get but, be straight up with me and tell me that you couldn't get to all things I requested and will either need to bring the truck back in or they will need to keep it overnight and will let me use a loaner for the night to go home. I would have been satisfied with that. Yet the one thing that needed to be done (fuel injectors cleaned) didn't get done. I will give them another shot just to see if they could improve.

Ripoff and their vehicles are garbage. We bought my daughter an Audi and within weeks the transmission was gone as well as the motor. They temporarily repaired it until sold. Never buy here.

After talks for a three day period and a price established they went up on price $1500. This was after I was had everything handled with the bank and the day before I left to drive two hours there. Now I have a hit on my credit and no vehicle to show for it. The worse sales person I’ve ever dealt with.

I had an awesome experience at Bill Hood Automotive buying a new Chevrolet 3500 Silverado. Traveling from out of state, I had some concerns. But they did an absolutely tremendous job, the process was so smooth and things went better than I could have ever imagined. They completely exceeded all my expectations. The staff was so professional and courteous, I highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor and purchase your next vehicle here!
