“I enjoyed shopping at Winn Dixie so much . And when I checked out my items with the cashier I thought my total would be like 80 or 90 or $100 but my total end up being only $42 I was amazed.”
“My favorite whole foods in the GNO: clean, good staff, good layout, nice selection of foods and products.
My only issue was that some of the trays of buffet foods we're lacking or there were heating
issues/quality issues...
I published a review citing the issues and got a response within 24 hours: they stated they would pass the information on to the appropriate group, and a week or two later I went back and it was dramatically improved! Way to go whole foods team!
This kind of communication, feedback, and responsiveness is rare in New Orleans, so what a breath of fresh air when it actually happens.
I am very thankful and appreciative for everyone who contributed.

“This great local supermarket tucker away on Apple St in Norco is just the right size place for the area. They have a wonderful deli and bakery along with a nice selection of meats and sausages. They even have Best Stop and Conecuh sausage. You just can't beat that. Loads of parking and they also have a good hot lunch line at the deli. Stop in and check em out.”

“Very clean store with friendly associates. It was very refreshing to get the "local" experience here. Shelves were well stocked even the day before Thanksgiving. Pricing was comparable to the larger chain stores and despite being a busy day, the checkout lines moved quickly with a simple transaction and most importantly, no gimmicks. “Their prices are higher on many items. But! Their sales and selection are hard to beat. They are well stocked and move items long before the sell date with exceptional sales. They have the deliveries, stock, stocker's and consistent sale item locations down to a science. Very clean, very friendly. Except during the last 15 to 30 minutes before close. They expect to leave at 10. After 9:45pm don't go if you need more than 1 quick item.
Daytime is more crowded, there aren't usually any stock pallets in the way, tg.

“Our favorite grocery store!Always clean with helpful and very polite employees! They have great sales every week, tons of local food and alcohol. The sushi bar is good for grocery store sushi. The bakery is really good but the one on power is better and bigger. Seafood department and meat are always fresh and reasonably priced. They have a butcher in house that will do cuts if you ask. They sell live and cooked crawfish.”
