Walmart Supercenter offers fresh groceries online with free same-day delivery and free pickup for Walmart+ members, featuring no mark-ups and the same low prices as in-store. Shoppers can order organic produce, use SNAP EBT cards, and benefit from a Freshness Guarantee. Express Pickup is available for a low fee. Using the app, customers choose a pickup time, check in before arrival, and have trained associates hand pick and load groceries directly to their car. Customer experiences at the store vary. Some find the layout unique and cool, especially at night, and appreciate the real Deli and Bakery, noting it is better than other area locations. The automotive department receives praise for being efficient and courteous, with extraordinary help cited in an emergency. However, other reviews express frustration, citing a lack of available help, long lines at self-checkout despite many unmanned registers, and a feeling that the store is only moderately clean. The overall service is described as inconsistent, with encounters ranging from exceptionally helpful to unfriendly.
It's like any other Walmart. I give it a 4 for convenience

I only go here when I have to. Can't never get help when needed. And I feel like if I have to do all the work myself at the self checkout they ought to be giving me some kind of employee discount. If Sam was still alive he would be ashamed of what he built has become. This isn't what he envisioned

Something must be done about the staffing of Pickup and Delivery. I'm a Spark Driver and I have been waitinganist 3 hours for 7 drops. 2 customers has 2 items, 1 had 4, and 4 customers had only 1 item. I'm still here waiting. Got here a little after 2p and it's 4:33p now. 🤦🏾
