Waited 5 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. when I demanded my car back I was told by the service manager that I was rude. well he returned my car with no service conducted. He was the one that was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. I purchased 3 Hondas from Walker Honda. I will never again do any business with this poorly organized unprofessional car dealership. My advice is to stay clear or they will definitely make you regret your purchase.

I would say that the true colors of a dealership are shown not when they are trying to sell you a car, but how they treat you after they’ve sold you the car. I purchased my crv in June of 2020. Was pleased with the buying experience. I have tried calling with questions a couple of times since then and left messages with no return phone calls. But my most recent disappointment is that in early September this year, my car was stolen when I was 1500 miles away from home in another country. (Drove to Canada to get married because Ida knocked out the airport here in Nola and I had waited a long time for this to happen so I hopped in my car and drove only to have my car stolen on my wedding day.) Besides just the general heartache and feeling of being violated having my car stolen caused, it was a tremendous financial hit, especially because the car market right now is deplorable. Good luck even finding a car you want with the features you want and if you do, you best bet you’re going to pay handsomely for it. That coupled with other expenses incurred including down payment on my new car (not a Honda and there’s a story and reason for that which is too long to go into here) and added expenses of travel added up quickly in a time where my own personal business has struggled during Covid. I contacted walker about canceling the add ons (extended warranty, gap, tire and wheel coverage) so I could get the prorated refund as to help me recoup some of these expenses. Initially I didn’t get a call back. Called again and Then I was told Honda Financial would cancel them, but when I called Honda financial I was told there were forms I had to sign with the dealership. Called two more times before I finally got someone to help me about getting the forms. (I live several hours away from walker and driving in to sign the forms wasn’t an option for me.) When the forms were emailed, they didn’t include the cancellation for the tire and wheel coverage (which is fully able to be cancelled. I’ve done it before on another vehicle when I traded and have called the company myself and they’ve told me I need the dealership to give the form to sign.) I sent back the forms they sent and asked about the other. No response. Now it’s a month later. I have heard nothing from them. I emailed a week ago asking for an update. No response. And I have gone from feeling like a valued customer (which is how they made me feel when they were selling the car to me) to a bother. Trust me, Walker Honda, if I could handle this without you, I would have done so already. But since it has to be handled through you, I’m at the mercy of that. I thought maybe removing my original recommendation and 5 star review might actually get me somewhere since nothing else has.

People need not to lie to customers!!! recording every word is a necessity and a must!!! having a witness is not enough! I was told I had a certified pre-owned and a witness to it. but when I went for my free oil change, I had to pay because it is not certified! and then the guy said this is my second but it is the first time I have every been since I got the car for an oil change! They will lie!

Devin Roland was an amazing salesman. I couldn't have bought my first new(ish) car without him. I almost lost hope but Devin didn't stop until i was driving away in a more dependable vehicle than I came in with. He even helped me pick out a car that would hold value and last a long time. He didn't want to see me driving something he wouldn't personally buy. They were determined, and even though it was my first car loan... they were the only ones able to figure it all out for me. I would definitely come back in a few years and deal with them again.

Didn't have a good interaction with the used car finance manager. Trying to help a friend get out of an upside down vehicle he purchased from them a few months ago and inquiring what they can do to help get him out. Came off as very defensive. Not the type of people I'd like to do business with.
