I will say that my experience has been a bit different from most folksWhen my husband and I bought our '17 Chevy Sonic in 2019, Kenderick Veal was the best guy to take care of us and we had such a reliable car with just over 23k miles. Kenderick is amazing overall and I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. 10 Stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐However, my car recently has an engine and HVAC issues, so I called Walker GMC service dept in hopes to get my vehicle fixed. I was told over the phone BEFORE I brought the car to the service dept that it was still under warranty, because it's under 75k miles so I brought it to them. Not two or three hours later, my husband gets a call from the service dept and told us we were NOT under warranty and that it expired in June, and that we have over $3k in maintenance that needs to be done on our car. That was without having someone look at the transmission.Anytime we had any interaction with the guy, he really kept pushing the financing options and I get it, it's part of the job but I'm not made of money to put me and my husband's credit in jeopardy. I was under the false impression my car was going to get fixed and now i can't do anything with it.I felt like a fool afterwards and my trust was broken with the Walker company. I just want my car fixed without breaking the bank. 2 stars ⭐⭐

I purchased a used vehicle from Walker and I immediately had a few issues come up! I was directed back to service and assigned to Kaitlyn Jones as my point of contact. She was wonderful throughout a very stressful few weeks. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that Walker took care of me. She takes customer care to the next level!! She handled everything so well and communicated with me every step of the way. She turned all of my buyers anxiety and remorse back around and made sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you again Kaitlyn!!! Rockstar status!!!

I was traveling from New orleans to Dallas for a morning surgery and vehicle was making an unfamiliar noise so pulled into walker automotive. Mr. Robinson the service manager took a look and solved the problem and got us back on the road within few minutes. Honest friendly buisness. Highly recommend. Thanks Mr. David

BEWARE: My little brother, Josiah Jones just bought this vehicle from Walker in Alexandria. It is his first vehicle straight out of High School. Well, the engine locked up after one month and Walker said they can't fix it or even purchase a new engine because engines are no longer available on the market. They told him "That is the chance he took when he bought a used vehicle." They offered him a 2018 Honda Ridgeline that has bald tires and is completely ragged out, for $24,000 dollars, but explained to him he still had to pay the $14,000 he owed on the busted vehicle. That is their definition of a deal. He's young and has been working hard every day of the week at Mart Co since he graduated. As tough as it is to be starting out these days he has to deal with this. Yes, he bought the car AS IS but he thought he could trust Walker Automotive. Well, in their words "That's the chance he took." What do y'all think? I hope the owner of Walker Automotive and the sales team are nice and comfortable in their soft beds tonight. I hope Waller Automotive goes bankrupt and closes forever!!!

Walker GMC Sales department. I went through the GMC website to order a 2022 GMC Sierra AT4. GMC sent me to Walker GMC to complete the order. I received a document showing me what Mr. Godfrey would order and the options. I approved of them. I went to pick up my truck and it was filthy. Mr. Godfrey told me there was a 2-hour delay on washing and to come back to get it cleaned. I came back two days later and had it cleaned. After this was when I noticed Walker GMC had defaced all my windows. They added an option I did not order, approve of, or want. This option is not on the order form to the factory nor the window sticker I received, nor can it be removed. I contacted MR. Godfrey and asked why all my windows were defaced with this etching. Mr. Godfrey explained that all new vehicles they sell are etched for a theft deterrent. Mr. Godfrey did not notify me of this process beforehand, nor is it displayed anywhere on their website nor at their facility that Walker GMC adds this etching to new vehicles. I reviewed my financial document and found where they charged me for this etching. Went back to financing and had it removed for a refund which I still have not received nor the taxes paid on it. I tried to speak with a Mr. Eric Moran, the Sales Manager. I showed him the new truck parked next to mine on their lot for sale and that it had no etching on the windows. He asked me, \"Does this affect your visual view.\" I told him no. He asked,\" So what is the problem? You got it for free\". Sarcastic response of a typical person who does not care about their customer after the sale. Mr. Moron still does not understand. I DID NOT ORDER OR WANT THIS OPTION. Special ordered. Walker GMC defaced all my windows. This is not right!!!! I did not order this option. This cannot be removed from the windows! As I see it, this graffiti was done to my window intentionally by Walker GMC to make more money!!!! Not enough that I had to pay full MSRP and had to wait for it. I believe they left the truck filthy to prevent me from noticing what they did. Not typical for sales to to deliver truck to customer this way. They did not do me right.
