Tried to pick up medication at the drive thru four separate times. Was told each time that the prescription was not ready. Finally insisted during the 4th visit that I had received a text message that it was ready. 15 minutes later, I finally got the medication. I will never use Walgreens again.

The worst when it comes to getting refills or new prescriptions in a timely manner. The only thing that kept me at this pharmacy was because of its 24 hour availability because I work crazy hours but they're not open 24 hrs anymore. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. The girl works today 06/29/2024 at the counter pharmacy 9:30 am. She doesn't respect anyone, let me wait while my prescription is ready. Even she laughed and joked in front of me when I'm very serious

So I dropped off 1 I repeat only 1 prescription at 10:00 a.m. and was told that it would be ready after 12:00, upon arriving at 12:50 I was told prescription would not be ready till after 4:00 p.m.
