My husband decided to switch from at&t to verizon so we can join plans. Jasmine George was our lady, she was very helpful/ polite. She explained the phones, the plans, how much our bill would be. We decided to add the smart watch as well. She set up both watches and the phone. Merged all my apps with Netflix, u tube, etc.. that came with our new plans. I would recommend her to anyone. She is great!! Thank you jasmine! ?

All I wanted was to switch to another phone. Well the two people in the store were not competent enough to get the phone setup completely. I left having to use 2 phones because the phone I switched TO didn't have the data transferred because NEITHER of them could figure it out. I was there 2 hours. They make sure to charge you. I now have to figure how to transfer the data myself because no one at this store knew what to do.

The lady was very professional friendly and helpful walk through the doors and she welcome me and my family and she went to work to fix us up and when others came in she welcome them and tired to help them while fixing me up with two phones.

The Verizon Associate Asia was fantastic, knowledgable, helpful and very patient. My old iphone "fought us" at different time, but she was persistent. She is great.

Absolutely terrible experience. The ladies at the front were so not welcoming and very unprofessional . Young lady fell asleep on front me where working on my order. Completely terrible experience here.

After we decided to pay for our phones outright instead of having the cost added to our bill, the sales lady couldn't explain why we were being charged $400 more than we were told for the phones.
