For 1 idk how I got sent to court nothing was in my name the light bill or rent the guy that was renting has a list with everything in his name rent n light bill I had nothing to do with it so sending me to court n it was not mines, the guy who lived there has the listing rental n the light bill Gerald giggins

If you like unique accessories and beautiful furniture then you this is the place for you! Designers are amazing! Also got my washer and dryer here and it’s been wonderful - fave features like fabric refresh and wrinkle release that actually work! Plus it’s family owned, so they really take care of you!

Bought two chairs ( I shopped myself) and when family came , they were not happy. The chairs are uncomfortable to all who tried them.Tried to exchange or return them and they were uncooperative. Only had them two weekends and contacted them asap after family sat in them.Very unhappy with management and salesperson( in fairness to salesperson, she said they can be returned w 10% restocking fee, which I was okay with- then was undermined management )

Thursday March 3rd 2022 came to the store. With my grandmother and on her behave. Due to Greg Trotter ignoring us, and bad customer service alone with information 1 of his employees provided. Tried to talking to Greg Trotter in confidential he disregard that. I explain my concerns to Greg Trotter. About a mattress swipe which was supposed to been happened days ago. And information 1 his employee's provided. The furniture was used and how unfair he treats certain customers. Greg got upset and started raising his voice at us. He went and got the other employee who provided the info. Got into an heated argument and a physical altercation. Outside the store which was very incompetent and unprincipled. How Greg Trotter handle us and overall the entire situation. A sales woman there name Rebecca got beyond angered, and started yelling at me an my grandmother. Mainly direct her words toward me. Using all types of curse words. Telling me to leave go back to the ghetto slums. She doesn't like my type in her presents. We walked away to de-escalated arguing with her. Plenty more awful verbiage she said. Rebecca was unethical and came at me very hostile. But I want to try and not make this review so long. I would not recommend this place of business to any one.

The owner is completely out of his mind. Wish I had taken a video. He was the rudest, most inconsiderate man I have EVER witnessed in a business. I would never buy anything from this horrible man. He embarrassed his own employees. He prides himself on the money he already has and is not grateful for customers. Apparently, he has “40 properties” so he doesn’t care about customers. He has been spoon fed his money.

Treated like I didn’t belong in the store. They decide if you can afford their furniture just by looking at you. Then they bluntly tell you to go to bargain box. Won’t be back.

Went into the store to make a purchase. Told to go to bargain box because they have low end furniture. Thanks for deciding I am not wealthy enough to afford your furniture. Won’t be back. Just for your information. Price was not a issue snd I have cash. Don’t require financing.

The BEST service, and nicest employees ever! I have purchased many items from them, but today I went in after lunch to purchase a refrigerator, and it is already being delivered at 3 PM! Locally owned and operated! Mr. Greg and Will Trotter, and Mr. Jimmy are so enjoyable to work with!
