“Was in the Alexandria area Saturday for a conference and knew I’d picked up something in my tire. They graciously agreed to look at it right away, fixed it and sent me on my way. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in the area!”
“This place was quite literally our savior! We were on a 4 hour drive and got a flat tire about 1.5 hours in. We called a couple places that didn’t answer. Then, we called Despino’s, and they picked up and said they could get us in immediately. As soon as we pulled up, they were ready to take the car into the garage. We waited inside (which was extremely nice with cushioned chairs, bar stools, magazines, vending machines, bathrooms, and very clean) for about 15 minutes while they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Luckily, we had an easy, quick fix (just needed the valve stem replaced) and had us back on the road in no time! From the lady on the phone to the mechanics working, everyone was very nice and helpful. Not to mention, this all happened 30 minutes before their closing time, but they were still happy to help!”

“Got a flat tire just outside of Alexandria on I-49 yesterday on my way home. Contacted this store to see if I could get my tire patched so I could get back on the road to Lafayette. They got my tire done within about 20 minutes AND put my spare tire and its kit back together for me and stored it in my trunk without me even asking. Very much appreciate the speed and good service!”
