HUGE SHOUT OUT TO TABOO HARLEY of ALEXANDRIA STAFF!!! Friday Feb 16th I was traveling to Dallas from Baton Rouge with a few of my club brothers. 30 miles North of Alexandria, my bike went down. On a day with no sun and very low temperatures, my bike was inoperable. I ended up having to get a wrecker to tow my bike to the dealership. Already in the hole a few hundred for a 30 mile tow and frozen from waiting a hour on the side of the highway i was in a bad mood. Upon arriving to Taboo Harley, my already bad day was in for a warmer and uplifting experience. I was greeted at the door and was provided an awesome customer service experience. I ended up having to get a new head replaced on my rear cylinder, which required my bike to be worked on over night. The staff was nothing short of greatness. Sometimes it's the small things that matter that can help turn a bad situation into a positive one. I've had the opportunity to do a lot of traveling on 2's and this dealership and staff is a standard all Harley dealership's should emulate. Special shoutput and thanks to: Katie Tate and Bryssa Castro in Service, mechanics Rick Berlin and Chris Lemoine and Torie in Apparel. These five went above and beyond to make sure me and my bike received the attention, care and repair I needed to get mobile again. Thank-you to all of you! 5Stars all the way around ✊?

We stopped in on out way to Texas on 2/16. The young lady working the motor clothes was wonderful! She was observant, friendly and knew a few customers by name. That impressed me. She let me know the sweatshirt that I was looking at was on sale...SOLD! We would like to nominate her for employee of the month. Only initials on the receipt so can provide a name. Her customer service skills were exactly what more companies need!

Coming from Belgium my husband and myself would like to give a special thanks to Alison who welcome us so kindly and introduce us to the whole friendly team. I love my Taboo. This is a nice dealership and the only one I've ever bought a Harley from. Well two now. The folks are friendly and very helpful. I always feel welcome when I go in even if its been a year. They've got a variety of products, services, and you can make your best deal on anew or used Harley.

Disappointed in the lack of service. Went in at 4PM for an oil change and was told that they didn't have time for me. They were open til 6PM with no customers in front of me. I've been to over 100 Harley dealerships from Cali to Florida and never encountered something like this. My bike is at 90K to and I've got services done at several different dealerships. I'll get my work done at Bossier City, maybe they'll have time for me.
