Nathan did a wonderful job on the waterpump he put in my 2006 GMC Envoy! He even saved me some money. Because of him Superior Automotive has a customer for life. The secretary was a great help too. The owner Shawn Parker, and his mechanics were not only efficient and skilled, but extremely friendly and made us feel like family. Price was more than fair, and overall I'd recommend Superior Auto to anyone.

Shawn Parker is the owner of this establishment and is one of the best mechanics and customer service treatment I have ever had. Not only is he fair and honest he explained everything to you in detail and makes you feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone needing minor to Major repairs or basic oil changes this is a full-service facility and is rated outstanding.

Do not trust superior transmission or Shawn Parker with your vehicle or any of your automotive needs! Brought my cavalier by to have the transmission replaced. After work was done on the transmission the motor locked up before even pulling it out of the garage bay. Now they want to claim no work was done on the transmission and that the motor was locked up when they got it. Even though it was cranked up and drove onto the trailer that they brought to pick the car up. Stopped by to let them know i was having the car picked up. Two weeks later when a tow truck came to pick it up they didnt want to release it and claim i owe $400 for storage. Storage on a vehicle that while in their possession the drivers side window has been busted out, radio, amp, and speakers stolen. All compartments inside vehicle gone through with documents thrown all over the inside of the car. Interior is messed up due to being left out in the weather with a broken window. Overall experience shawn parker is nothing but a crook.
