TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. RUN far away from this so called “business.” They don’t answer calls or messages. Told me my bumper would be done three different days in the passed week and a half. DO NOT do business with them. Youd be better getting body work at McDonalds.

Total bad experience from the beginning. Hired them to paint a front bumper for me. Took them a few weeks to complete. They never would answer their phones or return messages. Then after finally getting back in touch with them they tell me the bumper would be ready the next day. Only to get a painted bumper back that the doesn’t match. Apparently the manager had cracked screen on his phone so couldn’t return phone calls. So disappointed with this body shop. I even messaged them telling them the bumper didn’t match. No reply. So i would not recommend this place.

I called twice to get an estimate on a paint job. He still hasn't returned my call. I left a message and he said he didn't get it. Man stop lying. How did you not get it? Terrible way to do business. Man..if you don't wanna paint the car than just say so. Stay away from this ?

Keep in mind I don’t do reviews unless it’s that good. I was a bit sketched out at first whenever I got there, but it was honestly amazing. The workers were nice and hard working. They really do care about cars; they treated my car as if it were their own car. I had a horrible scratch from someone keying me and they made it look brand new. My mustang emblems were chrome and they blacked it out for me whenever nobody else would. Then my louver had broke in half on the far right side on one of the holders and they fixed that as well. They also told me to come back the next day so they can double check everything and do some touch work up if necessary. If I could give it a higher star rating I would. Absolutely perfect! I would definitely go back if I have any future problems. Thank you so much!Services: Body & Trim

My son's car was nearly totaled when a Great Dane run out in front of him. It's was late at night after he was returning from work We had the car towed to Steve's. Once the car was ready we almost didn't recognize it. It looked new! Thanks for the great job.

I had part of a tree fall on my truck during a tornado. I called nearly every body shop with a 50 mile radius getting no help. I decided to try in Alexandria and Mr Steve said bring it in. Alright Although we ran into several issues with my insurance Mr Steve assured me he would get everything handled. My insurance sent checks to the wrong business and even started they reissued proper payments and still Mr Steve continued to reach out and explain what was going on and continued working without a hitch. My son's car was nearly totaled when a Great Dane run out in front of him. It's was late at night after he was returning from work We had the car towed to Steve's. Once the car was ready we almost didn't recognize it. It looked new! Thanks for the great job.

Steve's Paint & auto body shop has customized two cars for me. I wanted to have my white Jaguar customized and these are the guys who can get the job done. It was a basic white and I wanted to have some blue trim added in a few places including the roof. They will totally listen to what you want and even improve upon your ideas or recommend their own ideas. I have never heard a "no" we cannot do that from these guys, as a matter of fact you can see the wheels spinning the moment you mention an idea as to how they're going to get that accomplished. My first Jaguar had vents that were sort of triangular which I loved. I happened to mention that to Steve. And he said get them we will put them on, even though they were not designed for this model. They look freaking fantastic. They were able to drill a hole in the hood to put the new Jaguar Leeper on the hood. They custom painted my grill, the Jaguar lettering, every part of the vents, parts of the rear. They were even able to use the brake caliper covers from the old car on this new car which saved me a lot of money. They were very fast and the car gets locked up at night so you don't have to worry about it at all. They started almost immediately and had it finished very fast. They even stayed late and worked on Christmas Eve to finish the spoiler that had arrived late. Your car is very safe and secure with these guys. If you have car dreams these guys can make it happen. Steve's paint and auto body shop will quote you a good price and do outstanding work. My highest recommendation.
