This company is CRAP, they charge you for everything and nothing, don't waste your money here. They don't solve anything for you, the staff tells you different things every time you call in addition to leaving you waiting on the phone for more than half an hour. I would give them -10 stars

If I could give negative 5 stars I would! Horrible adjusters who have no answer for why the body shop has had my car pulled apart for 2 weeks waiting on Nicole Nuncio to get back to them! 2 weeks without a car for a bumper and taillight to get fixed and she never answers or returns calls! The body shop has sent all requested documents and pictures! Do your damn job!!!

They are a bunch of thieves, they don't know how to steal your money, they use the pretext that the card declined, that it didn't happen, there being enough balance for the payment and when you least remember, they charge you more, they are clearly thieves ? zero stars ?

They have ZERO customer service skills! This has been the worst experience ever dealing with "customer service" representatives and their manager was even worse! They are automatically in defense mode, they were so busy defending their company that thy neglected to resolve any issues. I'm surprised that they're still in business with the poor workmanship they have. Good luck with trying to figure out how to resolve any problems, they're just going to put blame on the customer and everything is the fault of the customer. Good customer service goes a long way and actually keeps businesses going... This company needs to seriously give vigorous training to their reps... ??

Horrible insurance they don't offer No discount if you pay for 6mnths in advance if anything they charge you more. I was with them for more than 2 yrs decided to go back to Pronto Insurance at least with them I get discounts and cheaper liability and I don't get charged $5 for paying with my debit card.

The insurance is decent, however the overall professionalism of the business is subpar as displayed through their website. I always have problems paying my insurance online, and as a result I am always inconvenienced by having to pay in person.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This insurance company is the worst I've ever come across! They are extremely rude and seem so shady.. they don't tell the agency that's selling for them certain policies. I was told since I activated on the 7th then my bill will be every 7th then I pay on the 6th one month and find out my policy was terminated because of no payment and when I dipute the fee they tell me the third party was supposed to tell me about the policy that they are technically only 15 days but then they give me like a 12 day grace period so it makes up theonth but depending on the amount of days of the month the due date changes.so I call the third party and they say they didn't know but covered the cost for me.. now I called to pay my bill yesterday and they were closed (which they don't say it's only certain hours on the bill) and I try paying on the website which conveniently it's down and I call to pay my bill accepting that I have to pay the fee and the agent that answered is extremely rude and continues to cut me off so for the second time I am forced to explain to the representative that she must here me out completely before speaking over me. it's infuriating!

Disgusting insurance friends, don't waste your money on this garbage, the customer service is terrible while you have full coverage they are very happy but when you want to change it to basic coverage they give you so many buts and they act very strict and delicate and whatever you do they don't do it They tolerate it if I could give it 0 stars I would and any accident they will never respond to serve you the worst in insurance!

I am a lien holder on a car that was wrecked and having a claim with this company. More than 10 times that we had to call the adjuster to work on this claim to no avail. Obviously, insurance companies are rated based on their payments on claims. THIS ONE IS LESS THAN ONE STAR.
