Your time is more valuable than any money you might save on tires. I understand there are long wait times every now and again. You should warn a customer they they will have to wait over FIVE hours to have a set of tires put on. Don't let them waste your time.

I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at Sam's so I got on chat Chat ID 211230-018327 and this representative got them on the phone and instead of relaying the information to them, writes that they answered and that I should try again. I am presently sitting here typing as the phone once again rings off the hook! Now I just got hung up on! This is ridiculous!! I am simply trying to change the pick up date of my order to tomorrow!Call the 1-888 # and they call the store for me and then transfer the call once someone picks it up. I have been transferred 5 times and have waited 21 minutes THIS time. I am ready to just cancel the order and get my 70" TV from BEST BUY!!!This store is HORRIBLE!!!

Took leave from work today to get the tires I ordered online. Guy at tire and battery center was on phone then got off after a few mins. Not big deal, then looks at me and doesn't say a word. Awkward. I show him my order number after repeating it multiple times to only have him shake his head. He just sits clicking without a word then gets up and walks away. After coming back and clicking some more days , you need to come this way to the clerk woman it seemed to be whom only starred at me without a word. Sorry Sams, y'all can stick those tires up your a** and then send them back to your warehouse - not getting my money. What a joke.

I went to Sam's to cash in my MasterCard cash back rewards. Once I got to the register, they made me wait 20 minutes for a CMS employee (whatever that is) to come and "turn the key." The Sam's MasterCard is an average credit card. Too often, when I use it out of state, the credit card company declines it as potentially stolen, even when I buy something like a $20 meal. That's most annoying. Also, if you want to get the cash back, I need to go to the Sams store to do it. Then when you get here, they keep you a half hour, before they give you the cash back money. Either it's bad service, or they really don't want people using this card. The only reason I'm giving Sam's any stars is because the give a Yelp rebate, the store's stock is average, the pharmacy is very good, but the lack of cashiers, customer service and credit card are horrible.

Went to Sams club after going to Walmart looking for an electric mattress pad! Yea they had them and even gave me the sale price. The associates there are very helpful considerate especially compared to the horrible customer service at Walmart!! Well done Sams! I did take a star away as the lines at registers were long today an a associate tried to force to self checkout, i refuse self checkout. Otherwise good experience! Thanks

Alexandria Sam's Club is Terrible! One of the managers, big man named Ed, is a pompous Horses Butt!! Extremely Rude, disrespectful, and arrogant! I always get my tires through Sam's Club because they have good prices and usually good service. I have been to a number of Sam's Club all around Louisiana, Texas, Indiana, Missouri, Utah, Oregon, and Oklahoma. 90% of those Sam's Club locations were polite and well ran. The location in Alexandria Louisiana, however is terrible! Some of the employees are nice and some are just clueless! Very disappointed in this Sam's Club.
