Don't be surprised if the grey haired female cash register operator is rude, smug, dismissive, and condescending. Or pharmacist won't fill your script and say it's delayed and then contact your provider cause she doesn't agree with how the meds are prescribed by your....P-R-O-V-I-D-E-RThe other folks that work there are AMAZING. Just stear clear of the previously mentioned

Better time management skills are needed in the receiving dept. Sitting over 2 hrs to get unloaded is unacceptable. Industry standard is 2hrs. If an appointment is made for a 6am delivery then unloading needs to start at 6am. Otherwise do not make the appointment if you are not willing or able to receive at the appointed time.

Because of the rat that was in the store when I was there.My next question is where are the rest of the rats they travel in packs so it’s more in that store.

Your time is more valuable than any money you might save on tires. I understand there are long wait times every now and again. You should warn a customer they they will have to wait over FIVE hours to have a set of tires put on. Don't let them waste your time.

I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at Sam's so I got on chat Chat ID 211230-018327 and this representative got them on the phone and instead of relaying the information to them, writes that they answered and that I should try again. I am presently sitting here typing as the phone once again rings off the hook! Now I just got hung up on! This is ridiculous!! I am simply trying to change the pick up date of my order to tomorrow! Call the 1-888 # and they call the store for me and then transfer the call once someone picks it up. I have been transferred 5 times and have waited 21 minutes THIS time. I am ready to just cancel the order and get my 70" TV from BEST BUY!!! This store is HORRIBLE!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. I went in and saw a sign clearly marked “Rubbermaid containers” for $10.98. When I get to checkout the price rang up as $19.98. I showed the cashier where the HUGE sign hanging was right in front of the 3 large stacks of 50 count Rubbermaid containers were. They would not honor the price and the “GM” Jennifer told the cashier to tell me they wouldn’t change the price. I asked, she doesn’t have the decency to talk to me in person? So he asked her to come by, and it took her over 20 minutes to come speak to me.

Was charged twice for one order and now I’ve been trying to get ahold of customer care for 15 minutes now and no one wants to answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Took leave from work today to get the tires I ordered online. Guy at tire and battery center was on phone then got off after a few mins. Not big deal, then looks at me and doesn't say a word. Awkward. I show him my order number after repeating it multiple times to only have him shake his head. He just sits clicking without a word then gets up and walks away. After coming back and clicking some more days , you need to come this way to the clerk woman it seemed to be whom only starred at me without a word. Sorry Sams, y'all can stick those tires up your a** and then send them back to your warehouse - not getting my money. What a joke.

I love the scan and go feature. As far as tires go... evidently making an Appointment doesn’t matter. Made an appointment for 11. Been sitting here for almost two hours waiting to get tires put on.

apparently Sam's doesn't do flat repair even though on the website states this is a benefit for having a membership. once there I was told they no longer do them because of customers claiming they damaged them. then when I called to make sure this was true I was told that did to covid they aren't doing it. if any of this is true then it should be stated on the website. I just purchased a 1yr subscription that I've already turned off the auto renewal because of how this was handled i will never buy tires from them and most likely won't bother keeping the subscription at all

the only problem I had today was not being able to get a electric mobile cart. I am a cancer patient and not able to walk the complete store. the carts were either broke or not charged. I mentioned it to a greeter she she mentioned it to a supervisor. the lady looked sour face and gave me a look that could kill. I am sure Sam's can afford new equipment. I stay quarantine most of the time. today was a day I had look forward to getting out and shopping around Sam's. instead I sat in my truck where it was hot and my daughter did my shopping from the list. the only thing I can say is I hope that none of the employees have to go thru what I go thru on a daily basis. God bless each of you.

Services are great, but right now the pickup service employees are not practicing safety distance nor wearing safety equipment (mask and gloves).
