I've used safelite several times over the years and this experience was the worst. I scheduled an online appointment and the window they gave me from 8 am to 5 pm. No one ever showed up or called. I still have a cracked windshield and I cannot get a hold of anyone to actually speak too. Terrible customer service.

Came to replace my back windshiels now my windshield wiper and lift gate no longer work. Have to wait another week for them to come back. Can not drive the car because alarms go off and the sensor says door adjar.

Quick and easy to schedule on-line. Got a same day appointment. Tech was done with job in 12 minutes. I have to admit I was a little disappointed that the star was still visible after repair. I was advised that it is normal. As long as it is cosmetic and not structural, I am okay with it.

Zack was helpful making sure he had all correct details before appointment. The repair estimate was spot on and no excessive wait. Appreciated the quiet waiting area and free water and coffee as there is not much within walking distance of this shop. Great job on the work and will definitely come here again with my next windshield repair.

Got a same day appointment for a chip in my windshield. They fixed it and had me back on the road in under an hour! Service was great and the gentlemen at the front is extremely nice and pleasant!
