Dont take pictures of cool items!!! No signs or rules that stated i cant and i was threatened to leave the store or the police would be called i did nothing wrong and she kicked me out the store no warnings? Such a mean staff and for what? This is the pic of a shirt that got me kicked out :( i understand rules but how about you put em up for customers to read and how about a warning first?

I picked out an item that is manufactured price that costs 2.99 but they put a sticker on that says 3.99. now which price should they honor if the sticker not covering the 2.99....the manager was rude and uncooperative and felt the need to call police....no consideration for customer service.

It’s a nice store but everything in the store should be stack up neatly and professional looking some employees don’t be around to assist customer in the aisle with things but other then that nice store

I called up there just now to see if they had any cake holders. The young girl did not say hold on to go look or act as if she look. She say no we don't. I say man is anyone going to go look. She made a sigh noice with her mouth and say hold on. So I immediately hung up to call back and ask for a manager. Well they didn't want to put a manager on the phone. They were real rude. I feel as if you don't want to be at work and be nice to your customers then don't waste your time to clock in and make the money. You don't know who's calling or whatever the case may be or how people day is going. This was at the Alexandria Louisiana store

I just now stopped at Roses Express in Alexandria Louisiana I walked up to the door at 8:24 PM and the doors are locked and it clearly states that they close at 9 o'clock. Since the store opened I have spent several thousand dollars and unfortunately they just lost me as a customer !
