Since when did arguing with the consumer become the right thing to do? And still wanted to argue as im walking out the door. Was not happy at all. Customer assistance is not what it use to be. I was trained to NEVER argue with the customer.

Was trying to punch my number in because I'm a Murphy rewards member halfway into punching my number she cancels it out and tells me to insert my card visibly seeing me punch in my rewards member number. If you don’t need a job just don’t come to work I’m sure there are plenty of people who are in need of a job and will do much better at customer service.

Always good service. Most often no long lines to checkout or 2 pull up to a gas pump. Most employees are polite and offer good customer service.
