He gave me all the information I needed and then told me to call the 611 no so I could get further assistance.I spoke with Ellysa on the phone when I called 611, and it was one of the best conversations I've had with customer service on phone ever. She and the young man I met at the store (I forgot his name, but he looks asian) gave me the best service, the best answer, and the solution to what I needed. I usually pay seventy-one dollars a month with no hidden fees.Disclaimer: Boost Mobile is owned by Sprint. And it is difficult sometimes to talk to a real person using the 800 number.”
