“Had the most pleasant experience today at this store. Jasmine was the associate who assisted us and she truly exemplified what Customer Service looks like! My aunt who has a disability was in need of a new phone and Jasmine was so awesome in how she provided service to meet my aunt's needs. She was very patient and kind while explaining the changes to her service, answering ALL her questions. She also helped transfer everything from her old phone, even with that taking quite a bit of time due to how old her previous phone was - it actually required her doing some manual actions to ensure everything switched over. Jasmine never expressed any frustration for having to do this - she truly went above and beyond!!

“The manager and her crew at the north mall store are absolutely fantastic! Every time I go into the location, I am treated with nothing but the utmost respect and given every bit of knowledge that I need. I recently wanted to switched from an iPhone back to an android and Chantae advise me on why I shouldn’t lol (she is funny)… But not in a bad way though. I would say that I made the right decision to keep the iPhone. I feel like as a customer here, I am heard and treated very fairly. I visited some of the other locations and don’t get the same treatment, which is unfortunate. But I will always return to North Mall.”
